Can you say GARAGE SALE!!! Yep that is what I am doing Sat & Sun.
Pray for me that I have people show up. I must must must sell the tons of crap that is now over loaded my garage.

Ok I am off to do elliptical in my Crock Flip Flops. They are the only shoe that feels good right now.

I just have to say I am getting so excited for the princess.

Hello all you amazing goddesses! I'm glad things are picking up around here again.

Today was such a long day and this week was so long. I swear my brain is absolute mush!

EE- Love the trip report and adore your daughter's comment! I am glad you're enjoying the quiet parks.

Paula- I love the necklace idea. I might have to steal that idea.

Jo- I have one of those charm bracelets. (Like pandora but mine is a company called chamilla.) My mom and sister surprised me with a running sneaker charm after my half. I ran a race along the beach to raise money for Crohn's Disease(which my brother has.) I way exceeded my fundraising goal so as a reward to myself I bought myself a bracelet with a sand dollar charm because I saw it in a jewelry store window and it just felt like a good reminder of my experience. So you might just wait till you get down there and something will inspire you.

Kelly- I'm such a bad influence. All I can think about is drinking and bouncing sounds like so much fun!


I will be calling the doctor but once I missed my chance to call her today(work was so busy I am now just returning call and texts from 8am) I decided to wait till after the long weekend but I will be calling first thing Tuesday morning.

I started hockey last night and it was so good to be back out there even if I am pretty much the worst player on the ice. The guys are so good to me and my hockey crush was there so I got to drool over him on the bench. lol

Oh and I'm really excited! I just signed up for a bunch of races this fall. I have to say some are unique and I'm really excited for them all. I plan to even run in costume for one!

It's official. I've spent way too much time this summer in athletic shorts. The pants that I wore to dinner last night were just a *tad* pinchy

We did not get one single drop of rain here from hurricane Earl. Not one. Of course at the shore they got poured upon, but for us the drought continues

Here's the beauty about the racing in a costume, it's a super hero themed race on Halloween and most superheros wear spandex. So I'm just going to take my normal running clothes and I'm going to go all out to jazz it up.

I'm almost positive I'm going to be Poison Ivy from Batman but I'm still mulling over ideas. My dad was a marvel comics fan so he's trying to convince me to switch to one of their characters. Lol

A friend I got started in running just ran 6 miles today in like 67 mins.
She is thin, does not need to loose any weight.
Ugg Why can't I get it together and get the mileage up.
Either way I am still going to the half. But I know its all mental for me.

I just have to get it together.

We had an absolutely gorgeous weekend here. Yesterday we were off at a fair all day with the goats and had a fabulous time with great friends. The downside, of course, is all of the "fair foods" that were being shared
