Nancy - The horns are SO annoying! They sound like a swarm of wasps! They are banned in most stadiums over here, along with flags that are on flag poles! Also, some stadiums ban the England Band from going in with their instruments (A drum and some trumpets I think! :lmao:)

After about 15 minutes of that racket, I could understand why some soccer crowds are so hostile! :eek:

So, how happy are the English soccer fans with your goalie today :scared:


I fell a little flat on my goals the past 2 days. I did drink my water, but didn't track and had a couple glasses of wine both nights. :sad2: So, not a perfect week. But definitely an improvement over what my life has been!

And the good news is, I'm down 1.5 lbs from last Sunday. :thumbsup2 A step in the right direction!
 
I've been horrible with goals this week. The parents made us lunch and breakfast all this week. I tried to just nibble but it was hard. I was good about water. Won't be surprised if i'm up when I weigh in tomorrow.

I'm off to the Red Sox game with my family. I need this, I've been feeling off. I'm not sure if it's because of the wake I have to go to or just because a guy I was getting to know showed his real colors. I am turning off my phone and just enjoying.

I don't even have anything to report on goals for yesterday. I did a lot of drinking....aaaaand...WAIT! DANCING! I danced a lot at the birthday party last night. THat's got to count for something, right?! :rotfl:

I really like sunflowers. One more day of no internet and TV at home. Went to the Verizon store for a new phone cover and walked out with a netbook. It was a freebie since my plan was upgraded within the last 6 billing cycles. It is now Ryan's. Lots of rules with it and it is a chunk of his birthday in 2 months. Getting Taylor a personal DVD player for her birthday. My baby will be 6 this week.

So glad tomorrow is Monday. Back to a more normal routine for me. My weekends have been really throwing me off track!

D: Baked eggplant (40) w/ sprinkle of bread crumbs and mozz (25), smart taste pasta (180) with 1/4 cup 4 cheese sauce (50) and some diced veggies, sf boston creme pudding (60)

Exercise, hockey game - 1 day cross training

I have in the past-a couple of the cakes in my pictures did have fillings. The rest just had frosting in between layers. I make a MEAN strawberry filling :):):)

Yesterday u had two picnics to go to. That was rough food wise - ugh. Today I am off to a golf outing for work ( nice way to start a week at work). Here's hoping I hit well. Then it is off to JC and the gym followed by crashing and sleeping I'm sure. :)

This is the last week of school for my kids - final exams this week. Becca has 2 today, Nate has none so he gets to sleep in :cloud9: I hate finals week, and I'm not even the one taking the exams! :laughing:

Busy weekend,
Went to the hotel I work for with the girls and all of DH's family for a runion weekend. DH was not there, he worked this weekend.
Had a good time with the girls, I did run Sat & Sun, not sure how far, about 30 mins, so 2-2.5 ish miles.

Thank God for tracking my weight through here. I was a bit discouraged with the scale this AM and then went back and looked through the beginning of last week, and realized that I am down 2 lbs. Was 187.2 this AM. :)

E - I empathize. I can barely keep my head above water some days. :hug: Summer is coming soon - hopefully the schedules will slow down a bit and you'll get some quality pool & lake time!

Good morning ladies!!! I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend!!!!

Yesterday was a pretty productive day, despite my hungovered-ness :rolleyes1

we got all the laundry finished, unpacked a TON, and even finished our Mickey collage puzzle we've been working on for months. Bathroom and kitchen both completely clean, and all the floors vaccumed. I was one tired cookie last night lol.

Today-brought my lunch. DETERMINED to get two bottles of water down today. No matter WHAT. I'm going to make sure to take my water bottle with me to all my meetings today; that should help. I tend to drink more water when I'm bored :rotfl:

I have to eat dinner at my desk, so although I haven't eaten dinner yet, posting food anyhow (thanks to everyone btw!!).

B: 1/2 cup tj fiber ceral (60), mini-moo + water (10), coffee
L: Stouffers Combo Meal - Roast Beef & Swiss Melt + broccoli cheddar soup (400)
S: Strawberries and Pineapple (100), 4 almond M&Ms (50)
D: Lean Cuisine Mushroom Tortelloni + added steamed chopped zucchini/onion/mushroom/eggplant (300), cottage cheese/peach/fiber double (100)

Total, 1020.
Water, 54 oz so far, will drink 32 oz at choir
Exercise, none. Exchanged tomorrow's rest day for today, sore.

I went to the gym today and had a fairly decent strength workout. Of course my smarty pants son showed up and said I wasn't doing anything "challenging enough". Bite me kid. :laughing:
