Quick question for all of you water people out there...
As I have said before, I hate it. I am making myself do it now (due to the now-over plateau) and I have to choke it down. But it IS going down, so that is the good thing.
BUT...I find that I get my 64 ozs, in by 1-2pm. Do you think it is ok to drink it all in the early part of the day? Or is it better if it is spread out more evenly throughout the day? And since I am exercising...do I have to up it to more than 64 ozs.?
Thanks family!

I am hoping that by next week I will say BUH-BYE to these damn 140s! This means 21 pounds to GOAL!
But I couldn't wait to come here and check in with you guys!
) but I was not yet small enough for the next size down. So I went ahead and bought the smaller one anyway....planning that it would fit in a few weeks. Now normally I never do this. I have been burned too many times...thinking, "it's ok that this is a little tight right now b/c I am going to lose weight..." only to end up getting rid of something that still had the tags on! But I went ahead and bought it anyway.

). Last night I fell asleep at my keyboard! Granted, I only sleep about 6 hours per night...so there is that. But that schedule was very doable before I started training this hard. I am eating roughly the same amount as you (give or take on any given day) and today is the only day I have REALLY felt hungry. Of course, I also had my longest run ever today...so I am just learning to read all of these signs myself.
Even if I do not live in Maine!
