Post the freaking report already! (Lyz's smiley may be toe-tapping, but mine is finger-giving!

Paula--like the others have said, ask JC and see. The thing is, these folks always all give different opinions. And it is maddening trying to figure out who to trust. However, I do agree with eating every 2-3 hours. Something to keep your metabolism working all day long. Even if it is just a couple of raw carrots or something. However, I am a fan of some protein and some carbs at each "feeding." I don't really call them meals anymore, since I just eat several smaller portions each day. And if you are getting hungry in the late afternoon like that, that is a sure sign of not enough protein. If you eat a high protein breakfast, it takes away that late afternoon deprivation feeling.
(Paula, funny, but I was going to ask a similar question.)
Tonight. Ok, so I have a student who is a trainer and who, no lie, has a physique to rival Jillian's. In fact, she just placed second in a fitness body contest (not a body building contest. This contest is for the people who end up modeling in Shape magazine, etc. Fitness bodies. Killer.)
Anyway, after class she and I always talk fitness. It's fun. So tonight she told me that I should be eating 1g of protein for each pound I weigh. If a person weighs 150, they should eat 150g of protein a DAY!

I might get half of that in. That means like 136/day for me. HOW????
LisaPR? Nancy? How many grams of protein do you eat on a daily basis?
