Tuesday. That's the *big day*The day I get my body fat tested

Oh boy. Oh boy. Oh boy. This is as good as a race.

Sorry I have been rather MIA. Still catching up on work.
This is the general format of my Tues, non-step kickboxing class:
5-10 min warm up, usually some dynamic stretching and then a punching session to warm up arms
8 jabs, 8 crosses -- 2 sets
4 jabs, 4 crosses -- 2-4 sets
2 jabs, 2 crosses -- 2-8 sets
jab-cross -- 8 sets
repeat on other arm
20 pushups
~10 min kicking sequence:
8 single time front kicks
8 single time front kicks + cross
4-6 sets of 8 double time front kicks (toe taps ground lightly between sets)
8 single time front kicks
2-4 sets of triple kicks (shin, knee, head)
8 hitch kicks (opposite knee up, land kick)
8 single time front kicks
... repeat on other leg
... repeat with a side kick, on both legs
20 pushups
15 min of intervals, changes from week to week
usually includes, as the interval, a punching sequence that is 3 moving jabs forward, knee, 3 blocks moving backward, kick. The knee becomes a front kick, then a powered front kick.
another that is (moving forward) step step, side knee block, shuffle shuffle (backward) front kick. knee block becomes side kick, then a power side kick.
20 pushups
5 min of walking lunges and side lunges
20 pushups
5 min of abs and cool down.
I usually do the non-step class with 2 lb weights, and the walking lunges with 10 lb weights.
The step class changes from week to week, but the main changes are that the 15 min interval + 5 min walking lunges becomes all sorts of craziness involving kicking and a step.
Holy cow Kat. Is it a popular class? I bet.
