I am relaxing in front of the new HUGE TV. DH has been saving his birthday/xmas/whatever money for awhile for it and he is SO happy with it. I'm also having a beer. A Leffe. The store had an awesome belgium variety pack on sale. Leffe. Hoegarden. and Stella. DH was also able to get a 6 pack of Highland Gaelic Ale which is brewed in Asheville, NC where he's from.

And I made salsa for tomorrow. Yum.

I love Highland Gaelic. We can get all of the Highland products here, and a lot of the bars in the area have at least Gaelic on draft. Great brewery.

Today is the last day for drinking. I have done okay on eating, but am going to have a beer or two when D gets home.

Tomorrow, I have a hockey game at 11AM, and then we are going to do all of our grocery shopping during the super bowl. :)

It's a "new" still from the movie and when i saw it this morning on the RP blog that I follow, I knew it had to go in my sig. And on my phone. his smile in that picture is exactly how I imagined happy Edward when I read the book.

Okay, back to talking about weight loss and all that.
 
Also, I sold my first thing on Ebay! (Lyz--funny you mentioned Ebay because I just put my first item up for sale this week!) Delena had a pair of itty-bitty disney crocs. Woo-hoo! I bought them new on Ebay for 15 dollars with shipping, and I sold them pretty well used for 11.00! Princess 1/2 here I come! I have alot more stuff to sell too.

Feb Challenge...

I think I'm going to have pretty much the same goals as January.

1. track food (using WW points) a minimum of 5 days per week
2. no alcohol
3. exercise 1500 minutes for the month.

I think that's what I want to do.

Oh yeah! I forgot. And LisaV, right? I mean, she pretty avoids alcohol anyway.

I don't drink ~ too much alcoholism in my family. I might have 6 glasses of wine/mixed drinks a year. Might as well join too.

Good morning everyone. I guess I get to wake up the thread this morning!!

Sorry I missed all the fun yesterday. I went snowmobiling all day long with Mike. We had fun. Only 1 argument something about me getting stuck and then taking the long way on the trail, him turning around to find me and getting absolutely buried and somehow it was my fault. You know, regular man-stuff. :lmao: Anyway, I survived with just a sore thumb and wrist from the day long adventure.

My February goals:
1. 25 miles a week (I don't have to start upping until the end of Feb...)
2. Weights 3 times a week (now that I am the leader of the teen cult)
3. I think I will go for 3 pounds this month. I have to be realistic now that the initial 5 are gone and I am back down to those last few again.

COMMENTS:
Erika, OMG a tri??? That so scares me. I can bike, run but swimming in a group without getting sucked under.... David says he knows I could do it but me, not so sure. Best of luck!!!

So seriously, my train of thought is shot. Sorry. I am up for 8 miles today and then field hockey at noon and Super Bowl party this afternoon/evening. I cannot jump on the no alcohol wagon until after tonight. I will only have a couple as I have to work bright and early tomorrow a.m. but, yes, I will have a couple. We are going to ski, have a bonfire and then retire to the house for the big screen and pot luck dinner. ::yes:: I am bringing something I can eat just in case there is nothing else there. How sad is that...:rolleyes2 Anyway, after 8 miles, a couple skiing with my friends and a few beers, I will look like this...:cat: Except for the waking up part. Mike will have to wake me up when he is ready to go so I can drive home. :scratchin I should rethink that plan!! lol Anyway, I hope everyone has great Super Bowl plans and has a terrific day too!! Keep up the great work everyone!!

Im not going to set a weight loss goal for February - this month is really about getting healthier exercise wise I think. The weight loss will surely follow!

I will stick to these goals - I really want to keep the goddess tiara in my siggy!

Oh, the exercise starts tomorrow - tonight I am having a girls night out...at an Indian food buffett! :crazy2:
Im a sucker for indian food. Then afterwards I'll come home and watch the Superbowl! (I may only last 10mins though, it doesn't even come on TV here until 10pm!)

I am suffering from the dreaded food hangover :crazy2: I ate too much crap last night and as a result I feel just plain nasty. I'm going to blame it on Erika :rotfl2: She said that the Jan challenge had ended, and Feb starts today - leaving the door WIDE OPEN for last night. But back on track today. :thumbsup2
