In-room celebration options (post COVID)?

Our trip is less than a week away! I had hoped that Disney's in-room celebrations would’ve returned before our arrival but, sadly, they haven't. We had planned to order balloons to be delivered to our room at the Grand for our DD's birthday. (I'm really going above and beyond here as we're putting our family dog down today ... and our hearts are all hurting.) We won't have a car so running to a local grocery store isn't an option.

Has anyone heard of/used/found an alternative to in-room celebrations? Thanks!

Sorry, I don't have any recommendations for balloon deliveries. But, my coworkers recently decorated my office with a Mickey Theme for my bday. It was super cute, with Red and Black streamers, Mickey decorations they found at Walmart (they hang from the ceiling with Mickey faces and a thumbs up Mickey hand), and a Happy Bday Mickey banner...I am planning on packing them on our upcoming trip celebrating my son's bday (turning 14 while we are in the park next month). Can you pick up some decorations before you leave town and pack them in your luggage so DD doesn't see them?

Try a postmates type service. I was in Oakland last weekend, and someone had a balloon bouquet delivered to the restaurant were I had lunch.

Or if you have Walmart + service you might be able to arrange something that way.
Alternatively, there’s stores 5 miles or less away, so consider Lyft or Uber to go grab something.
