I wasn’t sure where to post this but I’m in desperate need of help with my itineraries for each park. I suffer from anxiety and everytime I start I get so overwhelmed and my brain is spinning so bad that I just stop. I have my restaurant reservations and fast passes booked already for each day. I’ve looked at sample itineraries from all different websites. Is there any advice or anyone that can help me? This is my families first time going (and probably our last cause of the cost, we’re coming from Canada). I just want to make sure we get all the great stuff in and don’t want to miss anything. HELP PLEASE! Thank you in advance.

Touring Plans is a good starting point and has plans that you can adjust and print with a map.

Deep breath! I totally get where you’re coming from! I have anxiety, also.

Can you post your FP choices and ADRs?

And as PP stated above, Touring Plans could be a very helpful site for you.

Another nod to Touring Plans. It would be an excellent place for you to start. You put in your day’s info, select the attractions you want to hit, and it will give you a recommended plan. You can choose to go with it or modify if you wish. There is a small yearly fee to use the service, but imho it’s worth it.

Take a deep breath.

You can’t do everything. Don’t try. Would take maybe 3-4 weeks to actually do everything.

As others have said, touringplans will give you good touring plans. It has a tool to start with a basic “2-day magic kingdom essentials” then have you add your dining and fast passes, and it will come up with a plan. It won’t be perfect, but it doesn’t have to be. But if you haven’t been there before, it’s a good starting point. And the mobile app will let you adjust the plan as you go, telling it what you’ve done.

But a lot of the great stuff isn’t that. It’s the Aloha dinner show or hoop dee doo, the Mexican Mariachi band or Serveur Amusant. It’s taking your kids to the lego shop where they can build and race their own car.

So follow the touring plans for your park stuff, but be sure to slow down and not try to do everything, otherwise you’ll miss a lot of what you can do.

Touring Plans is a great tool - I’ve used it for over a decade and am so glad I’m using it for a trip in November after a few years of not doing 5+ day trips to the parks. I feel like a newbie again!

Just take it one park at a time, even just start with a morning - it will all start to fall in place and your confidence will increase.

You got this!

We have been 3 times in the last 6 years and still haven't gotten to do everything, and even some things we have wanted to. You're going to miss things, and it's not going to work out like you want. I'm a planner and like to know what I'm going to do, but it probably won't work out like you think. The first time we went 6 years ago (well, me as an adult) I had an itinerary and the week didn't really go as expected. I was disappointed, but have since realized just go and have a great time.

What I would do is prioritize some things. Do your must dos and fill in elsewhere. Try to look at a park map and plan things so you don't backtrack much.

Another vote for Touring Plans here. I've used it on two trips previously and have plans set for a visit less than 2 weeks out.

Another vote for Touring Plans! Love how easy they make planning. Also, they will help you be realistic on timing - no way to do everything in one trip - so you need to focus on the must do list. Their program will tell you about how long it will take to walk from point to point, average wait time with or without a FP, ride or show time, etc. so you can get a realistic picture of what can be accomplished each day. Pick the things in each park that are you must do items and then fill in around them with the items it would be great to do . . . but can skip if time is an issue.
