Poor little Princess

Of course she is in my prayers. FWIW, Gail is a RT at Children's and she works in the PICU and NICU. She said that RSV is rampant, but the kids she sees have flu or some pretty nasty viruses as well. If our Precious Lily is home that is a really good sign. Just give her a little at a time, it will add up. When Kady was a baby she got sick and refused fluids. Her Dr said just a little often. We did it and eventually she got enough fluids. It was so hard to see our little one so sick so I know how difficult this is for your and Doug. You feel so helpless.

Well I don't know about you all, but I've had my fill of snow and wind! We didn't get the amount of snow everyone else did, probably about a foot, but we sure did get the wind. Trees and utility piles are down everywhere. I've been here almost 33 years and places that have never flooded before did. The beaches were completely battered, loosing 20 feet of beach! The dunes were leveled in spots. Cape cod is just a "temporary" land form, but it still breaks my heart to see so much of it wash away so quickly. We, personably were once again incredibly fortunate. Over 90% of the cape lost power, some still without, our lights only flickered.
I saw this on the news and it is heartbreaking. FOr a while I was kind of wrapped up in our own storm anxiety but honestly, no complaints here, especially after seeing this. You know these olks are in my thoughts and prayers.
I too am sick of winter and really don't want anymore winter weather. We are planning to go see Deb's new home this weekend but there is another storm maybe forming. Buddy will not go if there is a chance of another big storm ans I have to agree.

I miss Deb so much!
Nan Yes, this is Kyles last season of baseball. Baseball has been a huge part of all of our lives for 17 years. Not sure how well handle it.
.

You know I know how you feel. I was a mess after Daniel graduated. I am not sure how it happened but somehow

Are there any teams he can get on? Deb played softball and she was on a few teams after graduation. It made a huge difference for her, so maybe if there is one Kyle can play on the transition will not be so drastic.
So I am still trying to do this crappy algebra. My head is pounding and I needed to walk away for a minute. I have leftovers in the fridge so I am not cooking tonight. I am going to have a glass of wine!
