Hey guys! I am having a great vacation at WDW! Heads up if you will be at the poly soon though! They had a sewer leak near Captain Cooks, so they have moved up near Kona. However, they only have chips, pasteries, etc- no pizza, chicken, etc, and there doesnt seem to be anywhere to fill mugs!

Thanks for the info. That certainly explains why they weren't selling mugs at Captain Cooks recently.

I'm doing the single digit dance!! We'll be there soon. I guess now I won't have to worry about stopping to get some tea and the walk from Captain's back to my room after a day in the parks... I did want a mug as a sovenier, who knows maybe they'll have it all cleaned up by the time we get there. Now I'll just have to figure out how to get my morning tea!

Any word on when it will get fixed up? I am kinda hoping the in-laws can get their morning coffee with mugs from Captain Cook's. We arrive in 16 days.

We'll be there in 20 days! I really hope these issues are resolved before we arrive - we really need our mugs! Without caffeine, we just can't go in the morning (especially for extra magic hour!)

Capatain Cook's reopened on November 15th. They are now selling refillable mugs.

WOW! They already reopened?? On the 13th, the girl told me they wouldn't be open for 3 weeks!!

Well, when we arrived on 11/11, they told us they hadn't received a shipment of refillable mugs in two weeks--also not true! They had no idea when and if CC would need to be closed, so they did not sell mugs and also overestimated the time frame to be safe.
