Well, operation scheduled for late May. No swimming until late July. I’ve changed our 4th of July WDW trip to August/September, and was able to get 4 nights at Beach Club, so, that’s good!

I have to cancel DVC Member Cruise. Phone waits are awful, but that’s a “To Do” for today.

35.....eek. We will hit our first 90 today!! Not ready for it.
Hopefully that means the pool will warm up faster.

I’m having a normal work day and then I’ll be going to Sams Club tonight to get the final Easter items for Sunday (I host all the holidays).
One thing I like to buy at Sam’s are white plastic disposable plates that look like real white dishes. They are so convenient - I love them - makes cleanup so easy, and they allow me to have more room in the dishwasher since there aren’t a ton of plates in there.

Well, I did cancel the DVC MC yesterday. TODAY all DCL June cruises are pulled from the DCL site. That‘s the true indication that June cruises will be cancelled.

90s not bad if you can stay inside.......when summer really comes, it doesn't cool down at night and it is like walking into a blast furnace. We get to 115

Easter is the one day we use the fine china. I don't host all the holidays.
I do July 4th with disposable wear.
DIL does Thanksgiving.....varies what she uses.
We alternate Christmas 3 ways.....here, DS's house and DIL's parents.
I have Christmas dishes I use.

Yep I remember your area.....hot.
But I do prefer the dry heat to the humid heat. FL in summer was so much worse than here

We flew to WDW and when we got off the plane the humidity hit my hair and yikes. I should have found the nearest hair dresser.
It can get well into the 100's here and I get draned from energy

not sure if we are vaccuming pool today or not...yesterday wore wife out....so not sure it today is cleaning.....I hate to jump in and stir up all the pools of debri on the bottom (fine dust from mexico).....hmmmm...maybe not the correct wording. we are actually training ourselves for the heat...no air conditioning to be turned on...if too unbearable on sunday 105, then head to HOA pool where we have a pass....we have to acclimatize to the heat...our white trash trailer does not protect us from the heat. so we have to evolve into the heat knowing that the temps on Tuesday....really cool down. folks from Oregon , across the street. left for San Diego...they just arrive here last week, so no time to begin to appreciate the weather. They are in one those huge greyhound RV bus types...getting cabin fever, so found a RV spot in San Diego area for the hot weekend.
