I’m gearing up for a very busy week - working, DD’s softball games, practicing with DD on nights with no games, babysitting DGS, 2nd college visit thats 3 hours away with DD, getting ready for Easter - this week is going to fly by!

I’m really looking forward to watching my DD do her thing this week. She’s my home run hitter. She‘s up to 37 and I’m really hoping she hits her 50th by the end of July.



This picture was taken 2 years ago when she was 15 at a home run derby contest at a D2 college - she hit one over and the rest were almost over. She hit better than most of the college players.

Busy week here too.........lots of Easter baking and prepping to do.
Along with the regular stuff, including grand kids baking day.
An extra trip to Costco for Easter things (can't get the strawberries too early)

Today is cleaning downstairs, finishing laundry, cooking for DS and changing the beds in the grand kids rooms

Im so excited that I was at Disneyland yesterday!!!!

LA Cable news station reported that Disneyland was the hottest place in the nation on Monday, then came back 20 mins later and said it tied as the hottest place in the nation Monday....that would be my Yuma Snow White Grotto in the backyard by the pool she was talking about.

we have begun our hibernation process....we were inside at noon...trying to keep body temps cool with out using air....however wife does have floor fan on.
