We always pull our kids out of school for 2 weeks to go to WDW we always go the first 2 weeks of Dec and use our DVC points at that time as it is the least expensive points period.

Sorry, it makes me smile that when there are really good discounts and promotions everyone worries the parks will be too crowded and when there are none at all everyone worries about the same thing.

I'm not saying your concerns aren't valid.... I'm just saying I think sometimes on the Dis we overthink things a bit.

I just wanted to chime in on this thought..I agree and it makes me laugh when everyone gets so upset that the best rate has to be booked so far in advance and in the same breath are upset that park hours aren't out yet. Seems like there needs to be a middle ground and more consistency from both sides of the coin...people who want discounts will agree to commit earlier and in exchange Disney will agree to post hours earlier. Sounds like a fair compromise to me
