"I'M STUCK IN DISNEY!!!!!!!!" A Delightfully Unliveable TR ~ NEW TR 9/27!!!!!!!!!!!

Monsters Inc Laugh Floor is one of my favorites. My DH has been singled out as Sulley a couple of times. I think it's because my DH is so hairy. ::yes::

Merida is precious. I love that meeting area.

The Villains show sounds really weird. I would expect something a bit more polished from Disney.

 at the idea of him being called out as Sulley due to being hairy! That is so funny.

So would I! It's definitely a missed opportunity.

Hey! I’m doing Wendy for my first party and probably Tink for my second. I really wanted to do Lottie, but it’s just too pricey, and the woman who took all my info for Rapunzel still hasn’t gotten back to me!!

Aw man, last time we were there I was SO freaked out over being singled out, don’t know why, being a theater person and all but it’s just intense!

AHAHAHAHAHA BEST SUMMARY OF THE VILLAINS SHOW EVER!! Like, there is not really a plot, and the older one didn’t either! Aha! Wow. Rude!!. Some people leave their manners at home when they come to Disney and it irks me forever! Also the people who think adults “shouldn’t bother spending time with characters” and such like, cool story bro, I paid as much money as you did to be here, and I’ve stood in line just as long. No.

That's so awesome! Not about the woman not calling you back for Rapunzel though. I want to be her so bad but the wig is just ridiculously expensive and I don't think I have the patience to make one. I have other ideas though! (:

haha don't feel bad! I feel the same way.

That is exactly my point, THANK YOU! Go away rude people.

That Merida was really pretty! But the hug was a bit awkward... maybe it was just a creepy photopass guy.

Love the Laugh Floor, I just heard that they've updated it for Monsters University, so that's pretty sweet.

Haha, the villians show sounds bizarre! I do like the Queen of Hearts though, she has such a creepy face.

It was a girl actually and she wasn't creepy at all! She just wanted a cute shot but I don't think Merida or I were expecting it at the time!

Yeah, I can't wait to see the new additions!

SUPER YUM for that cinnamon roll. You are so right - the experience at Gaston's is just not the same. You need to SEE the cinnamon buns right in front of you on the hot plate, and then the CM's can scoop up extra icing from the plate to put on top. SO GOOD. At the new Starbucks MSB, they put a picture of the cinnamon bun on the menu but then DIDN'T ACTUALLY HAVE IT. :faint: So not cool. But maybe that means they're thinking of bringing it back?? :confused3

Also totally agree on that Villains show. It was several years ago when we saw it, but it just seemed really random and not like a real Disney show. :rolleyes1 So fun you got to meet Merida though! Can't wait for more!

Great update! :)

Oh I SO agree. OMG That is so RUDE to put a photo of a cinnamon roll on the menu and NOT OFFER IT. That's just evil right there!! I really hope they bring it back. There has been such an outrage by fans that I think it's possible.

I agree, it doesn't feel like a real Disney show. It has a "thrown together at the last minute" feeling.

Great update Lia!

Yes, you are totally right about the Villians show! We saw it at our first MNSSHP (2008) and I was like "*** is this?" LOL...Not in an angry way...just a more confused, can't quite figure it out way...we have been back to MNSSHP twice since and have not watched it again.

Also, the lines for the villians were INSANE the first time we went as well! I think we met 2 before I realized it was just taking SO long and you're right, the people were all just pushing and shoving and trying to squeeze their way in etc. (and as you and I know, we're used to this on the NYC subway, but not so much while waiting on line to see Disney characters).

Your last couple of updates seem a bit short. :( It feels like TR interuptus....I just start getting all into what you're writing and checking out the pics and hearing about your adventures...and then poof! It's over.

Hurry back.....hurry back......

(please?)

Thank you!!

It's changed since 2008 but is still just as random! I don't know why they didn't improve it when they changed it. Hmmm.

They really need to rethink how they do the villain M&Gs because as it stands, it's just not worth it.

Sorry, I prefer doing updates this way, one at a time. I'm not saying I'll never group them together and do multiple updates at once, but this is just way easier for me. I'll try to update again soon!

Yay, another MNSSHP!!

Awwww, what a sweet m&g with Merida! Still haven't seen the whole movie...I should probably try to watch it again before our trip so I can take DS to meet her. She seems adorable!

Soooo... I'm getting the impression I shouldn't be too upset if we can't fit Villains Mix & Mingle into our night? :rotfl:

Looking forward to more!

:D

Oh definitely watch the rest, you will love it! Especially since you're a mother.

Yeah, trust me, it's definitely NOT a must do. You'll probably catch part of it at some point while walking through the hub, but I wouldn't make it a point to see it. Especially because all the Villains are in the (flawless) parade anyway.

Thanks!

Haha, Bo found her sheep. I can't help but wonder if they knew each other or were just drawn to each other due to the costumes and are now happily married and living in field somewhere.

Mmmm candy. And not just candy, but FREE candy. And not just free candy but really GOOD free candy.

Ahhh Merida is the final Disney princess for me to meet (unless Disney now counts Princess Leia ). I think I'll wait until she's in a different location though, though your wait at the party doesn't seem too bad.

Oh my, totally agree about the Villains show. Actually I was excited for a minute hoping you might be able to explain it. Ah well.
I've only seen it once, but I was totally confused by it. I remember thinking "That's it"??!!" I did like meeting the villains though (well just one due to time), but when I was there it seems like it was a bit more organized. This one sounded pretty chaotic, not to mention EXTREMELY rude guests.

HAHA I like that theory!

YES the candy was so good! No off brands or anything either (in the past i've heard they do that) it was all Reeses and Snickers and stuff. YUM.

Hmm I wonder who is going to go in that location when she moves. I feel like they have announced it but I can't remember.

I don't think ANYONE can explain it.

Merida is so cute! I doubt she'd like that description but it's true. :) I have to meet her during my next visit to the world.

I also need to see that show, solely based on your description. It sounds so weird for a disney show to be so out there and not themed in any way. And those villain lines, I had no idea they still did character meets that way, without attendants. That is a recipe for disaster.

I love the laugh floor! Though, I silently pray I'm not picked to buy everyone churros every single time, just like you. Cheesy humor is the best.

Can't wait to hear more about the party! It always makes me look forward to going for the first time this year even more.

hahaha yes she is! Hope you get to meet her!

It is really weird and out of character for Disney. OH well. I have NO idea why they wouldn't have attendants. It's honestly crazy and one of the only disappointing things about MNSSHP for me!

Oooh you are going to have SUCH an amazing first MNSSHP this year! Yay, I'm so excited for you!

That's so great how you kinda took this night to really relax and take in the atmosphere of MNSSHP not just make sure you get all your must-dos done since you've gone so much. I'll definitely have to plan that out for when I go to my first MNSSHP even though I've spoiled myself with videos of it so much already.

:thumbsup2 to the Laugh Floor. I love that little detail you pointed out. "My Scare Lady" lol I would like to know how many people actually get what that is a play on of. ::yes::

Sounds like you and Merida hit it off pretty well! I definitely got to make a point of meeting her in that spot since the last time I neglected to meet some characters in that spot, one got "evicted" so-to-speak (you know who I'm talking about), so MUST MEET MERIDA! And I love that little comment about her brothers, literally they were the best part of Brave for me. They should have their own M&G!

I'm so shocked that you aren't a villains fan nor do you like the Villains Mix & Mingle. But I actually can see what you mean, the show is not very cohesive. I haven't been to MNSSHP but it's so hard for me not to give into temptation so... I've watched videos of it and they actually changed the whole layout of that show in 2011. Originally, Maleficent led the festivities and it kinda made more sense. The Villains still danced and everything, but it made more sense WHY. Here is a video of that version: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bh08_V_f304 Because I knew of that, I kinda take on that mindset while watching the new version plus I'm a huge villains fan which changes things. But to each his own (:

Can't believe that lady who pushed you aside while you were in line! Honestly, the nerve of some people. But those were some great pictures you got from afar of the Queen of Hearts. A shame you didn't meet her though, she is hysterical.

Castle

Can't wait to read about your other villain encounter! :mickeyjum

Ahhh I've been reading forever but haven't commented until now! It's so fun to hear about your whole Stuck in Disney adventure but I know how scary Sandy was because I live in NJ :sad2: I'm so glad you still had fun though and your mom was really right, there was nothing you could do so why not enjoy extra time in the most magical place on earth!

Back to your 3rd MNSSHP experience, I literally died laughing at your explanation of the Villains Show. I went to MNSSHP when I was like five and was actually super scared but probably because I was basically a baby :lmao:

And I'm totally with you on the people being rude! Like I get that some people think Disney is just for kids but that doesn't mean it actually is! So if I'm standing in line before someone's child, their perception of what Disney is or their love of their kid or whatever doesn't make it okay for them to push me out of the way  Some people just don't get Disney or manners  But ahhh back from my little rant I'm really loving the TR and am glad I finally commented! :goodvibes

Your makeup was perfection!!! ::yes::

Oh, cinnamon roll, how I want you right now... :worried:

And, wow, what's up with people acting rude and/or violent?! It's Disney, people!!! Get it together. One time I was in line with my sister at BTMRR and the woman behind us - for all of the 40+ minute wait, kept stepping on the backs of our feet and elbowing us - um, you're not going to get there any faster by being a jerk so just calm down, lady! Geez, what ails people!? :confused3 At any rate, glad it didn't get you down! :thumbsup2

It could be Day 23894928391 and, when looking at the castle, I'd still say "I can't believe I'm here." :cloud9: So I totally get it. :goodvibes

Lia! Sorry I poofed on your TR. I had a trip back in April and was so sad when I got back that I didn't want to read any tr's for a while. Now that I've booked my January trip I'm back in TR mode! Whoo! I'm all caught up and man I laughed, I almost cried (when you wrote about your first MNSSHP) and I became super hungry (mostly for cupcakes and cheddar cheese soup).

Snark Vader.... bahahaha! I love it! And it's even more great because the kid didn't understand why he was so funny!

Your eye sparkles are so pretty! And I will definitely remember your tip about finding things on the ground and then attaching them to my face. :rotfl:

Awww, that mural bunny is so cute! He's like all, "Hi there! I'm an adorable bunny just chilling here!"

That HM ghost family is seriously awesome! Where do people come up with these ideas?!? I'm already trying to plan for our MNSSHP costumes for more than a year from now, and nothing I'm coming up with is even close to that level of awesome!

I've never done Laugh Floor because I'm terrified of being singled out... I know, I'm a chicken. But audience participation things make me super uncomfortable if I have to participate. Still, it does sound like it's a fun show!

Rude people at Disney are seriously the WORST. I hate it when people think that they're automatically entitled to a better experience than someone else, even though everyone's on vacation for the same reason.

Stop watching the videos now so that when you see it in person, it'll be (kinda) new to you! It's so much better to be surprised and live in the moment of experiencing it! And quite overwhelming.

I loooooove her little brothers. I don't know how they would do that M&G but I wish they could!

I am definitely a villains fan, I just don't feel the need to wait in crazy, uncoordinated lines to meet them, you know? They're great villains, but that doesn't mean I wanna hang out with them. I'm very canon, I mean most of them are supposed to be dead anyway  so it really makes no sense. I LOVE seeing them in Boo To You. The Mix & Mingle show is just so below Disney's standard. I'll definitely watch the old video sometime though, thanks for the link!

I know... it's crazy. I would NEVER EVER push someone like that EVER. I don't know where/how that lady was raised, seriously.

It wasn't so much an encounter as it was me taking pics from afar, sorry to disappoint!

Ahhh I've been reading forever but haven't commented until now! Well thanks for joining in! Hope you weren't in one of the heavily affected Sandy areas and that all your loved ones were/are safe!

HAHAHA it's just SO random. I don't even know.

"Disney is for kids" is one of the biggest misconceptions in the WORLD. There is MORE to do in Walt Disney World if you are an adult. It's so annoying that so many parents feel so entitled like THEY are paying for an expensive trip so their kids can have a good time... like I'm not paying the exact same amount. >:O

Thank you!

Your makeup was perfection!!! ::yes::

Oh, cinnamon roll, how I want you right now... :worried:

Thank you so much!

I WISH I HAD THAT CINNAMON ROLL RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW!

Oh my God that's disgusting. It also just makes no sense b/c you're right, that is not going to help her get on the ride faster. What a horrible person. Hope you didn't let it get you down either!

I agree, same here!

Lia! Sorry I poofed on your TR. I had a trip back in April and was so sad when I got back that I didn't want to read any tr's for a while. Now that I've booked my January trip I'm back in TR mode! Aww, I know the feeling! Congrats on your January trip, that's such a great time to go. Thanks for joining back in!

I hope you're busy with fun stuff, but I sure miss your updates! :rotfl2:

Busy, yes? Fun stuff? I wish!

Snark Vader.... bahahaha! I love it! And it's even more great because the kid didn't understand why he was so funny!

I KNOW. I love it. He wasn't even trying, he's just naturally that funny. I hope his parents recognize his comedic talent and put him in some kind of acting program.

Thank you!!

"Hi there! I'm an adorable bunny just chilling here!" LOL YES.

Yeah, the ghosts are pretty common but not with kids! Just think about your favorite Disney movies/attractions and the characters within them and you should be able to find something to be! I already have a bunch of ideas for my next MNSSHP(s)... unfortunately I have no idea when I'll be able to go back! :worried:

Aw, you have to do it someday! I've done it like 5 times and never even got picked out. If you're a guy you're more likely to get selected and even then you don't really have to do much. They just show you on the screen, it's not like you have to get up on stage and dance or something like that.

Yeah, I was just saying that in another reply... you read my mind. Entitlement is one of the worst things a person can show that they feel... it's kinda pathetic.

OCTOBER 30, 2012
Day 10, Part 5 In Which We're On This Earth To Have Some Fun

The only villain I was really dying to meet was Gaston, and I looked and looked for him, but he wasn't out. I asked several CMs about him all night and no one was really sure, but I kept looking in the area he was greeting in, and he was never there.

I did, however, see Maleficent!

9256227053_6af1184962_z.jpg

She looked great. I mean... for an evil psychopath with green skin and horns she looked great.

I didn't get into her loooong line though, because some kinder characters were calling me. Tiana and Naveen were right nearby and with almost no line, so I hopped right in!

AHH THEY WERE SO CUTE. LOOK AT NAVEEN ALL GIGGLY. HE LOVES ME.

9256374153_e00701a93d_z.jpg

We had a grand ol' time... discussing food. What else?

9256227293_d0cca48e0e_z.jpg

I'm in love with Naveen. I mean, he's no Eugene, but their names rhyme. I guess that means something. :D

AHH... I love these two. Tiana is perfect. She is another fantastic role model for young girls and I am so happy about that. I love her work ethic, love of cooking, and southern accent. All this comes out when you talk to her! I also think it's interesting that she's the only other Disney Princess besides Pocahontas who is American. You forget about that because it's not like any of the other princesses have accents/show at all that they aren't American, but we know they all live overseas.

9256373837_3fbdbc59df_z.jpg

I said Happy Halloween, and at the same time they started talking about how great I looked! I was especially flattered that Naveen loved my costume so much, ooooh that prince. He asked where I was from, and I told him the kingdom of New Jersey. We discussed the pizza in Jersey and how it's the best. I told them how it's WAY better than the pizza here and that unless you get pizza in NJ or New York, you really can't even call it pizza. LOL. Tiana said, "That's what I keep hearing!" and also that the next time I come to visit her, I would have to bring her an NJ pizza recipe.

9259004258_c832a9c6b0_z.jpg

I told her it was kind of a secret, but that we Jersey people could probably make an exception for her. She was like "Just for me? Oh my goodness well I can't wait to try that honey!" and Naveen was like, "That is gonna be sooo good!"

9259151144_09ef613abd_z.jpg

I LOVE THEM. They were really adorable.

9259150848_5ccac07d9f_z.jpg

"Life is short, when you're done, you're done. We're on this earth to have some fun!"

Another amazing character meet & greet! I really encourage anyone who is solo not to feel weird about it. I think most of my solo character experiences have actually been better than with others because they just focus totally on you. I definitely don't mind being the center of attention when a prince is involved!

Next, I walked through Liberty Square and hit up the candy spot by the Liberty Belle Riverboat! WOO. I moved on through Frontierland. It was STILL way too cold for Splash, but I wanted to go on Big Thunder, because it's SO much better at night. So I had a great ride on that and then walked back through Frontierland and decided to hit up the Diamond Horseshoe, where one of the dance parties was going on.

Oh, the dance parties. These were never a priority of mine but I am glad I participated in at least one during my 3 MNSSHPs.

These parties are really, REALLY HILARIOUS. Like, I don't think you understand how funny it really is. You probably never will, so you just need to trust me on this one and go.

I just kind of ended up wandering in there. I wasn't even planning to do this, but while walking by, I saw strobe lights and Woody, so I decided this was something I needed to experience.

9256228027_48cf8025ef_z.jpg

Um.

9259004914_7bce736b0b_z.jpg

I don't know what to say you guys, it's just really funny. There's music blaring and Woody and Jessie are gettin' DOWN.

Big time.

I was just checking it out and didn't expect to stay and dance really.

But then Woody saw me. Oh God.

I was just about to walk away but he pulled me into some kind of circle thing with a little boy dressed as Peter Pan and a few fairy princesses.

Some would say I was the only adult, but in that moment I'm pretty sure I was a baby again. I just let go of the clawing "This is awkward and weird" voice inside my head and enjoyed the moment.

Stuck in Disney and dancing with Sheriff Woody the night before Halloween. Who would have pictured this?

What a rootin' tootin' time I was having!!! The high-ridinest, rootin-tootinest time ever!!!

It was so fun. I mean... it's just a situation I never thought I'd find myself in. You just don't expect Woody to pull you into some kind of circular dance party. I can't even fully explain it.

Here's Woody and Peter.

9256228629_dd936fa478_z.jpg

I highly suggest never growing up, guys. I personally refuse to.

Jessie started coordinating some kids into another circular dance. Little known fact: toys are just really into dancing in a circle.

9259005146_02fe54b860_z.jpg

What a rootin' tootin' time!! TARNATION!!!!

@babybritney: I just danced with Woody. My life is normal.

hahahahaha. I just love MNSSHP so much. I don't know why character dance parties don't occur nightly in my room. Stay tuned WAY in the future, in my next TR when I write about Disney 24, because that night was basically just one GIANT dance party. And one of the best nights of my life. Like... seriously, because I won't get to that for a long time, let me just tell you all that if it is at all possible for you can get to the next (yet to be announced) all nighter - GO. Don't worry about doing it for 24 hours, but get some rest and make sure you can stay all night overnight. If you love Disney you need to experience it. Just trust me on this one. But that's a story for like... next year.

Moving on!

I got all the candy I could in Frontierland and Adventureland. Even though I was steadily eating my candy all night, my bag was still filling up so fast! WOO.

I wanted to see if Aladdin & Abu were greeting, since the other night it was just Jasmine and Genie. I of course LOVE Jasmine and Genie, but I have wanted to meet Abu 5ever and I never mind having a chat with his handsome owner. Unfortunately, it was Jasmine and Genie again, and I didn't feel like waiting around for Aladdin to come back. Oh well, it just leaves something for me to look forward to at my next MNSSHP.

I really wanted to meet Alice and the Mad Hatter, so I decided I would cross the park and head back to Fantasyland.

On my way, one of the most hilarious moments of the whole trip happened. Literally, I could not believe this.

So I'm walking along, and Adventureland really isn't very crowded, not many people walking around here. Suddenly, a naked man comes into view.

.................................

WOW.

I stood still, bewildered until my eyes adjusted. They had previously fooled me.

He was not 100% naked. It was dark and so I did not fully see his loincloth. LOINCLOTH!!!! IT WAS TARZAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I almost FELL OVER

He was extremely attractive. Still not on the level of Eugene, but Eugene is also not 90% naked. I felt quite faint!!!

He was just like... walking. Alone. I guess his set was over and he was going back to his treehouse or whatever, but like, he had no attendant.

Please imagine seeing a mostly naked man just wandering through Adventureland and try to understand how I felt. I should have asked him if he was lost. I definitely would have helped him find his way if you know what I'm saying here.

Sorry.

@babybritney: Tarzan just walked by me and I almost FELL OVER. OH YOUR ABS. YOUR ABS!!!! AAAAAAAAAAHHHH

You'd think I'd never seen abs before! It's just quite arresting when it's IN DISNEY WORLD though. And like no one *warned* me about this. When it comes to naked jungle men, I need to prepare myself!!! Sheesh.

After that hilarity, I got to the hub and the villains were out greeting again.

I saw the Tremaines, but I wanted to meet Gaston. I asked about him again and a CM said she didn't think he would be out tonight at all. Boo.

Then I had another really funny moment: While walking along, I said to myself (outloud), "Where's Jafar?" and another guest overheard me and goes, "He's right there."

9256228781_61c8bdec71_z.jpg

I just appreciated so much in that moment that I was in place where you can ask yourself where Jafar is and someone tells you he is right there. And he was in fact right there!

But I mean, he tried to kill Aladdin AND Jasmine multiple times. He unraveled Magic Carpet! He made the Genie do horrible things! He turned Abu into a toy! So I brushed that dude right off. BYE JAFAR. See ya never ya two faced son of a jackal *shakes fist*.

Rainbow castle is my favorite castle!!!

9259005602_017f52139f_z.jpg

It was definitely time for a photo op!

9259005766_685127c725_z.jpg

YAY.

9259150544_e1faf6b233_z.jpg

I almost never go on the Mad Tea Party, but there was no line so I hopped on! It was great going on after so many years, especially at MNSSHP!

9259006110_025f5b6745_z.jpg

Oh happy day!

Once I got off, I got into the line for Alice and the Mad Hatter. It was pretty short, and before I knew it, I was talking to two of my favorite characters! Alice in Wonderland was an obsession of mine as a kid, and of course still is, but like as a child I was just *fascinated* by the whole thing. I met Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum on my first trip when I was 5 and but never Alice and the Mad Hatter. So I was REALLY excited because this was a long time coming!

As you can see, they seem engrossed by me. And why wouldn't they be? I'm fabulous. But the thing is, they were AMAZED by my make-up, just like most of the characters. Alice said I looked like a princess, and the Mad Hatter was like, "Oh I do like it! I do like the glitter! It's so silly! Oh, glitter is great!" HAHAHAHA I love how he spoke. Alice asked me how I got all that glitter on my eyes, and I told her I collided with Tinkerbell. She was SHOCKED by this hahahahaha.

That picture is Alice clapping her hands together hard asking if Tinkerbell and I collided like that, and I said yes. the Hatter asked where I was from, and I told him the kingdom of New Jersey, and he said, "Ah yes, Jersey, where you pump your fists but not your gas!" and he pumped his fist.
WOW NO.

The Mad Hatter would not know about fist pumping. He doesn't watch Jersey Shore. He doesn't have a TV! I don't think he would even know what TV is. How does he even travel from Wonderland to the Magic Kingdom anyway? I just have a lot of questions.

Oh well. Not every character can be 100% perfect. The rest of it was so awesome though!!!

I love them!!

I had been shoveling candy into my mouth pretty steadily, but I was hungry for real food, so I headed into Cosmic Ray's.

They had metal pumpkins set up! Very cool.

I have to get my beloved chicken nuggets and fries at least once every trip, so I decided now was the time!

It was pretty dead in there so I found a table and made myself comfy! I was just so happy. While I was sitting alone eating, someone lady came up to me while walking with her family to a table and said, "Excuse me, do you work here?" I kind of looked around like... why would you think that... I'm just sitting here eating like everyone else...and said no and she was like, "Oh, well, you look great!" hahaha. It was kind of odd. I mean, even though numerous other people thought I was a CM/told me I should be a princess, I was just sitting there eating at the time. It's not like I was directing people to the nearest exit. The point is, Disney should hire me. And by hire me, I mean give me an advance so I can move there. And find me an apartment or a cool roommate. And buy me a car. So anyway Disney, get on that, I'll just wait here.

Up Next: I actually get some kinda decent HalloWishes photos!

Yay for a new update!!

I can't wait to do all the character meets. I'm not even doing it for my kids... It's all for ME!! We have decided, however, to bring a picture of our dog, Eeyore, for his namesake to sign!

I can't decide if I'm more excited to trick or treat, see all the Halloween specific attractions, or go on rides with short lines.

So when exactly will you be applying for your Disney job.... I mean, everyone already believes you work there!

Looking forward to those Hallowishes pics!

Great updates!

I love your photo in front of the rainbow castle! And your M&G with Alice and the Mad Hatter! So cute!

Yum.. the chicken nuggets look delicious!

Loved this update especially the parts with the Woody and Jessie dance party. How hilarious would it be to see them busting out some sweet moves like The Running Man or even go for The Achy Breaky?!?

That's so awesome! I love when adults are even more into it than the kids :lmao:

I would say less rides, more party activities!

I wish I could apply right now... too bad my commute would be like 2,000 miles. :headache:

:D

Thank you thank you thank you!

They were... they always are! :thumbsup2

Thank you! Oh trust me... there was definitely some Running Man going on! The Twist too!

Hahaha, oh my gosh, that picture of Jessie dancing all by herself just cracks me up! I'm glad to see that later she got some friends to join her in her circle dancing.

Mmmm.... Tarzan! I DEFINITELY agree with you that his half nakedness makes his hotness so much greater! No complaints here!

Boo for the Mad Hatter not *really* staying completely in character, but I bet it was entertaining to see him fist pumping!

OK I admit I am reaing your TR but not the comments so if someone has already enlightened you I apologise in advance.

The colour changing beer you had at the Ireland booth during Epcot F&W festival was called Guinness. It is a stout so not technically a beer, but it (in my mind) is a beer. It is not meant to change colour it is just as the bubbles and foam settle it gets this ombre kinda look about it til it completely settle with just the dark body and lighter head/top.

I hope I dont sound rude or sondascending, I really didnt mean it to come off that way.
:)

Catching up...

Great Casablanca pic in ASM. It's one of DH's favorite movies.:lovestruc It's fun to see it referenced on the Great Movie Ride too!

So glad you were able to get one of the legendary cinnamon rolls. Hopefully they'll make their way back to the Main St. bakery.:faint:

It's true, Merida's M&G location would be a great setting for Rapunzel & Eugene with the lanterns and such. That brick wall could easily be transformed into the tower!!!

Whooooaaaa! Thanks for the heads up on suddenly spotting a naked jungle man. I want to be prepared for that!

Your M&G with Tiana & Naveen was amazing! And your picture in front of the rainbow castle is soooo pretty. ::yes::

What an awesome update!!

Love Tiana and Naveen, I definitely have my favorite friends of theirs, but the meet is always fantastic and so much fun!!

Yay CANDY! So much at MNSSHP!!

AH TARZAN! Like, seriously, hello, don't know how that's an approved Disney costume, but hey, I'll take it!

Alice and the Hatter are wonderful, I do wish the Hatter was out daily, like, he's such a blast! Love the faces he was making haha!

Too bad about Gaston! I wonder if they'll replace him with someone else this year as he's a regularly meeting character now? I'd hope they'd put someone fun out there!

Clearly Disney needs to hire you!! Have you thought about doing a non-entertainment style job for them?

I've been reading your TR all week and have just finished it! You are fun and I LOVE your enthusiasm for all things Disney!

I'm about to book a trip in November and this has made me SO excited!! I even took notes from your TR of things I have to do, see and eat when I'm there (during F & W festival!). I think if I ran into you whilst I was there I'd be running up with my autograph book!!

Ok, I think you might have misunderstood what I was sayin' 'bout your updates....I don't mind the one update at a time at all...it was just I thought the last two were shorter than your others (average etc.)...

This one however was FABULOUS!!! I feel like at Lia TR junkie at this point and this fix was just what I needed...so thanks! :flower3:

I LOVE the whole dance party thing and I have a question for ya.....were there any other adults there dancing?

I ask because I tried to go in once and since we don't have any kids, I was turned away...I couldn't even take a peek inside (can't remember which one it was though)....

I'm wondering if they changed the rules though and now allow adults in? I wish you had gotten someone to take a pic of you gettin' down with Woody!!

I have not yet met Tiana and Naveen, but it's on the list for our December trip and DH and I went to NOLA this past Christmas so I'll have to make sure we bring it up so DH can talk about how NOLA is to him, like WDW is to me! LOL...I wonder what they'll say about that....and then we'll talk about beignets and all things yummy, Cajun and Creole....LOL....

Can't wait for another update and your Wishes pics especially!!

:cool1::banana:

GREAT update! So many great character interactions, with very short lines. So funny about the dance party, too bad there wasn't anyone there to take photos.

SO funny about Tarzan, I understand what you mean, it would be quite shocking!

And I definitely need to put Princess and the Frog on my 'to watch before trip' list. What's the matter with me? I'm falling behind!
