I've microwaved M&Ms, too. But if you over-cook them they don't taste right. It's just as easy to sit on them (when they're in the package, folks!)

Oh I know how you feel Julie_yet....I have the same exact symptoms right now! I wanted to call in sick today but my boss (my 17 month old son) wouldn't let me have the day off! So I still had to cook, clean, change diapers, play, take my mom to the doctors, etc....
