I'm not sure I can wait! Dec 2010!

From what I have read though, it's only for the last 2 weeks of Dec, that there is a change

This day is tentatively scheduled for MK. I have decided that if Jack and I have done all we wanted to do there that we will maybe go to another park, or if its nice out we might just swim and shop. We do have an ADR at Liberty Tree at 11:30 that I would like to get to, but we will wait and see. Our flight doesn't leave until 5:40 pm, so we will check our luggage early in the AM and then load up the car when we are ready to head to a park or whatever and then leave for the airport around 2:30pm. We have to drop the rental car, and we will probably eat lunch/dinner at the airport since there are a ton of great places to eat, and since we won't be getting home till 8 pm or so. When we get home we are either taking the Super Shuttle in from the airport, which would cost about $50, or if we park at an offsite parking place, my dad will go get the car and come back for us and the luggage.

Day 6 Meals:
Liberty Tree Tavern: Declaration salad, Pot Roast OR Turkey Dinner OR Chicken and Dumplings, Ooey gooey Toffee cake
(for some reason I am having the most trouble decidiing on this meal!)

December hours got changed again, and while there isn't a HUGE impact, it will change a few things.

The biggest change will be on Saturday the 18th. The hours for MK got extended and they added a second MSEP at 11pm! This means after our 'Ohana dinner, we will have plenty of time to get to MK and see the parade!

The only other change that affects us didn't occur in this most recent round of changes, but I hadn't been checking since I knew more changes would happen. When I first came up with our plans, there were EMH's at Epcot that were perfect for our Epcot days. Then they took them away. Now they are back! So the 17th there are evening EMH's and the 21st there are morning EMH's!

Wow! I can't believe all the meals that you planned throughout...you have some really detailed plans...sounds like you and your family will have a GREAT time!

Okay, so I'm all caught up! You guys are getting so close now! Your plans look great, and I'm sure you'll have a fantastic time :)

loving all the plans, coming along nicely. love LTT - yum apple cobbler!

yeah, we have the same thing with Ohana on another day in early december. i have it booked at 5pm and was hoping to make it over for the 7pm MSEP, now we won't have to rush since they added a second one on our day too! yippee! so funny that worked out for both of us with dinner at Ohana on totally different weeks. ;)

Mickey Mail!!!!!!!!! We got our Mickey Mail!!!!!! As a matter of fact, we got our new ME tags (since we switched to CBR that first night) AND our package vouchers and luggage tags! AND the best part is we got different luggage tags! The ones I got in September were the same ones we got 3 years ago, but these are the new holographic ones!!! Plus they gave us 8 all together! The only problem is that they didn't send us the extra ME tags I requested, but I called today and they are on their way!!!! It all feel s so real now!!!! I have a HUGE list of things to accomplish over the next few weeks, but we are only 24 days out and I can't wait! Today I went to Target and got tshirts for my mom and I for the MVMCP. She wanted the Santa one that sayd I Believe, and I got the one with the Charlie Brown Christmas tree on it. My sister got both of those and a Candy Cane one, so we will all have holiday shirts for the party. I haven't gotten a shirt for Jack yet, Target SHOCKINGLY doesn't have any holiday graphic tees fro kids this year. I am wondering if Jack's Christmas sweater from last year will still fit...
Also I have begun my desperate Disney dieting. I want to lose 10 pounds before our trip, and I am on the right track for sure. I have been walking everyday and eating healthy. I know the Wednesday/Thursday/Friday of this week will be not healthy, but as long as I don't go overboard... I really want to lose the 10 pounds so that when I gain 5 from all our deluxe dining, it won't be horrible :rotfl: My plan is to split all my food on the trip with Jack, since he eats as much as I do. That way I won't be consuming a million calories a day. I am really starting to feel like our trip is right around the corner!

YAY! For Mickey Mail!

Tomorrow is going to be a mini Disney theme night. We are going to have the Mickey Pasta I bought in September and then mayne the Mickey head chicken patties, if I can find them. We are going to finalize our plans, but mostly focus on MVMCP plans since I found out our MVMCP is SOLD OUT so I am sure it will be packed. We need to figure out what everyone wants to see most etc. I can't wait to start packing. I started making a packing list, but there is so much stuff I feel silly writing it all down! I still want to get a pair of khaki pants, but I am having no luck in that department, so maybe I will stick with all jeans. I am still waiting on the black long sleeved tshirt I ordered from Target. Everything else came, but for some reason the black one hasn't even shipped yet. You would be amazed at how hard it has been to find a plain black long sleeved tshirt in my size. Friday morning I will place the order for our glo items (I get paid Friday!) and I need to buy some more hot hands for the Pirates and Pals cruise, and I want to get Mickey wrapping paper to wrap the daily gifts in. Other than that, I am hoping I am done shopping! Of course the Disney store president says he is releasing the Black Friday deals on twitter tomorrow...

Yay for Mickey Mail! :yay: We got our luggage tags and stuff a few days ago and now we're just waiting on our ME tags. :)

OMG!! Today I decided to go ahead and print out copies of all my ADR confirmations. I had heard of some people having problems getting all their reservations, so I figured I would pull them up, one by one. My CRT, Les Chefs CP, and Wishes Dessert party ressies won't cime up, but I have called previously and I think for some reason ADR's that require payment in advance don't show up. I did however find that I could not pull up my Via Napoli reservation and sure enough, they had CANCELED it!!! I have no idea why or how, all I know is they said it was canceled but I pushed the issue and the reinstated it. I am super concerned now, since they are doing yet ANOTHER upgrade. I will also be calling after the next upgrade to verify any ADR"s I can't pull up online.

We had our Mickey pasta night the other night, and we discussed the plans for MVMCP and pretty much got nowhere. My mom isn't a fan of the party, and my dad is too go with the flow, and my sister is incapable of making decisions. I guess I will make plans and everyone else will figure it out later.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! I had a great day and there's mre great family stuff happening tonight!

OK, I gotta call Disney this weekend. Tomorrow will be two weeks until our trip, and I haven't gotten anything for ME, and hearing that peoples dining reservations have been cancelled has me a bit concerned so I wanna find out about them.

 That's a BAD system upgrade project; if they are losing their historical data.

Hope everything works out for you all with ADRs.

Sorry they lost your ADRs! My ressies don't come up either but when I call they have them in the system.

Well, at least the only one they lost was Via Napoli. If it had been Le Cellier or something I bet we would have had a harder time getting them to put it back in. I will call again and verify everything after the next upgrade for sure.

You gotta love "upgrades". I was on the phone with DVC member services for 1/2 an hour today trying to book my trip next Fall. After numerous holds, she told me to call back in a hour. Luckily they had everything in the system and updated me with all the numbers and everything.

Here are my plans for MVMCP...

We are at MK all day this day, though we might head back to CBR for a nap since it's going to be a late night. It's December 19th, the last party, and it is sold out from what I have heard so I am sure it will be packed!

We have an ADR at CRT at 5:15 pm. I know this is cutting into our party time, but it's ok, I think this is a magical way to start our Christmas celebrating! I'm not sure if we are going to bother with dessert at CRT though, even though it's included, the extra time we could spend at the party by skipping it will probably be more worthwhile. I am hoping to be out of CRT no later than 6:45.

After dinner we will do any rides we feel like doing and then catching the 7:45 Totally Tomorrowland Christmas show.

At 8:30 we will wander over to the Wishes Dessert Party. The tables for this event (in my experience) are preassigned, and the desserts are continually replenished, so I don't see a need to be there at exactly 8:30 pm, since the fireworks don't start till 9:30. We wil probably aim for 8:45 pm.

After Wishes we will head over towards Frontierland. We might ride a ride or two, but our goal is Woody's Dance Party. Jack enjoyed seeing Woody and Jessie at the MNSSHP, but we didn't get to see Bullseye, so hopefully we can catch him this time. We will stake out a spot in Frontierland for the second parade.

After the parade we will probably slowly make our way out of the park. It's possible we will hit some rides, or go see Micky and Minnie in Toon Town, it will all depend on how tired Jack is. I don't know who in my family is going to follow this plan, but at least I know what Jack and I will be doing!

ouch on the ADRs- glad they reinstated it! be sure and print out all our ADRs that you can and have them in hand. I have mine printed and in my backpack just in case. i don't think they can turn you down if you show a printed ressie, even if they lost it in the system somehow. heck, going back to check mine now- mine all finally reappeared online, but still going to check again. :goodvibes

yeah for mickey mail too!

your MVMCP plans look great. The WISHES party is so fun and be sure you save up for it, the desserts are amazing!

yeah for losing weight too- i was hoping to do the same thing, but hasn't happened. i can't find time to work out and it gets so dark so early now i can't walk at night in our poorly lit neighborhood. i am still carrying around the 10 lbs i gained from last December. seriously. 10lbs! i still can't fit back into some of my jeans, it is very frustrating. i bought a few new pair for the trip. just will have to hit the walking much harder on the trip and after to make up for all the junk i will eat. i also plan to drink more water, less coke. i tend to drink a lot of coke on vacation! ugh!:confused3:rotfl2:
