I'm looking for help with planning!

Its been 4 years since our last trip. I planned EVERYTHING with LOTS of guidance from people here on the DIS. Well,we're going back in to WDW in June/July this time with a family of 6.
My first question; what is the order of reservations I need to make? I can not remember if it was room first, then everything else!
Next resort question; How many rooms at the Dolphin can I reserve with a teacher's discount? And,did I read somewhere that parking a rental car at the Dolphin is $11/day?????

I think I read somwehere that you can reserve up to 3 rooms on the teacher discount but I am not 100% sure about that. Just call and they will tell you. Also, you might want to book rooms first then dining, especially since you really can't make ADR's until 180 days out. You can purchase tickets at the Dolphin or order online for a slight dicount at places like Maple Leaf Tickets or Undercover Tourist. You might also consider using Dreams Unlimited. They are a great Disney Specialist travel agency well versed in the Swan/Dolphin Teacher discounts.
