Lo and behold, I recieved another planner yesterday . I have a "B" name.

Got my planner yesterday 2-1-08


It was great as my DH was due to arrive home from working overseas, but didn't (very ong story). Did a good job of keeping me company.

It did inspire me to book a cruise for next year to celebrate his big 5-0 birthday - not on points

Can't wait to tell him when he gets home today.

No planner for me yet either. I'm in RI. Wondering how much longer I should wait before calling and asking about it? Was thinking maybe another 1-2 weeks. Don't want to bother them but do want my planner.

Still nothing for us. I called MS on February 1, and the CM I spoke with said everyone should have received it by now. He said he'd fill out the form requesting another one, but couldn't tell me how long it might take.

I'd go ahead and call MS - worse case, you'd end up with two!

I finally became impatient and called DVC to ask where my planner was, and they said all I had to do was ask.....huh? I have never had to do this before...weird...customer service seems to be struggling here....maybe too much growth, too quickly.

I'm a new member and called MS last week to see if I should be worried, or if mine went out in a later batch. He asked when we closed, I said Jan 13 (later realized it was Jan 2). He said that if I hadn't received it by Valentines day, to call back so they could put in another order. Now that I remember we closed on the 2nd, I may call again, but sounds like their outsourced supplier is tapped and it may take 4-6 weeks. I'd love to know who they use. I'm in distribution and 4-6 weeks seems an awfully long time, I'm sure they aren't printing 'on demand' Gotta be a warehouse full of them somewhere... Must be a very manual order process...
