Just started Weight Watchers on my own (gained almost 10 pounds this past summer
) and I want something to eat and can't have it.Anyone else out there hungry? Misery loves company.


but I haven't figured out how and when I am going to be able to do that. Oh well.

I'm a lifer on WW-have lost a lot of weight w/them. Like a prior poster said, make sure you are eating all of your points-including the 35 if you are on Flex. Also, drink the water. Next, make some tea or coffee-it fills you up-I know what I'm talking about. Make sure you are spreading your points around the day, and lastly, the veggies. Hey, they are zero points. And, if you are really hungry-have an apple. That is how I determine if I'm really hungry and not bored. An apple will fill me up with a glass of water. If I decide I don't want an apple......then I guess I wasn't really hungry!! Hang in there!!!!
