I'm hungry!!!!!!!!

:cutie: Just started Weight Watchers on my own (gained almost 10 pounds this past summer :scared1: ) and I want something to eat and can't have it.

Anyone else out there hungry? Misery loves company. :rotfl:

What is it that you want? And why cant you eat it? On Weight Watchers everything is allowed, you just have to count your points. I am doing WW, and have lost about 15 pds, (With many more to go LOL ;) )and I do not deny myself anything. Though yesterday I made chocolate chip cookies for the kids and ate two...It was hard to stop at two.

All day long, the tvs in our waiting area plays the Travel Channel so there's always pictures of food up on the screen. It's torture to watch before lunchtime.

Could be worse....at least it's not the Food Network! :cutie:

Have you considered switching to Core for a few weeks until you can get your body adjusted to the smaller portions? Then you could have all the fruits, veggies and lean meats that you want, when you want--without counting points. The low fat popcorn is also a freebie. Just a thought if you are feeling hungry and frustrated...

I have been doing Core since Feb. and have lost nearly 40 pounds so far...Good luck! :goodvibes

I don't know what Core is. When I went to WW in '99 they only had the point program. I'll have to check into it! Thanks. :)

What is it that you want?

Last night? Pretty much EVERYTHING! LOL That is what I love about WW though...that everything is allowed, only in moderation. But see I was in the mood for about 3 packs of the coffee cake my mother just bought for my daughter, and I *know* that couldn't happen! :rotfl:

Jersey, I did WW for the first time in '98 and just came back this year. It has changed dramatically! You definitely need to get some updated information as it is SO much easier than it used to be!

Check out the WW website, Hungry Girl and Dottie's Weight Loss Zone for some good tips, hints and helpers!

There is honestly no need for you to be hungry on WW anymore. They have really made it into a program where you can eat and still lose weight, all while making the healthy eating a habit, not a hinderance.

Best of luck!

Thanks for those links!!!

Why do you find me wherever I go???

Cause I'm a stalker??? :tiptoe: :confused3 :lmao:

YES we have to be good when I come up this weekend, and YES I like pot roast. You better start your diet on Friday so that when I come up on Saturday we can stick to it TOGETHER!

Ok, pot roast on Saturday night! I was thinking of making a turkey on Sunday. We can both have that and still be "good" (Weight Watchers/South Beach). ::yes::

I have to make homemade mashed potatoes, though... by request from John and Craig! (Robby doesn't like mashed potatoes...there's no way he's really related to us! )

Well I'm not on a diet, but I do have a very strong craving for something chocolate tonight.. (And of course I don't have anything..) So - I guess I can be misreable with you..:scared:

ROFL...love that "tip-toeing" smiley! hahaha

Those dinners sound great! Now....what's for breakfast and lunch? :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2: J/K!!! (I think)

Yesterday was a much easier day and WW went fine. I am heading to the gym right now to burn off some of this lard that has suddenly collected under my skin. :scared1: blahhhhhhhhhhh

Thank you! Someone who finally understands!!! :cutie: lol

I tried WW and I was starving on it. I just couldn't stick with it. I still have 15 lbs. to lose :sad2: but I haven't figured out how and when I am going to be able to do that. Oh well. :confused3

. :lmao:

That isn't encouraging. All the spokes people on the commercials claim it is so easy. Untrue? Huh?

I try to lose weight on my own but always fall back to my old habits.
