Ok, so I'm not going to go this week, or next...heck, I'm not even going this year, but I am going :teeth: . On Sunday, I was laying on the couch, my wife curled up on the love seat, flipping through the channels and came across the Travel Channel, and a show on Disney's Animial Kingdom. I stopped on the Disney show and started to watch it. Well, after a while I made an off-handed remark how it’s been four since my last trip to WDW, and how it would be nice to go back. Well, not missing a beat, my wife says, "Ok." Acting cool and calm, I turned my head, looked at her and said, "I was thinking of going during the off season" (using this as a means to judge how sincere she was). To which she replied, "Sounds good, just don't plan it for late April early May.” SO I GET TO PLAN A DISNEY VACATION AGAIN!!!!!!!! Wwwweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! I’m so excited. :dance3: I love planning a Disney vacation.

I do have a couple of questions though. Since it's been four years since my last trip, can someone give me this years off-season dates so I can get an idea of when those dates are going to be next year? I love to get the whole calendar year if possible. The last time I went, it was cheaper to piece meal a trip, and by that, I mean getting a room res. and then the park passes instead of a package...does this still hold true? Thanks everyone.

Your So Lucky!
DH, DS and I have always gone every year, until 2001....
We haven't been since Feb 2001, so I don't think I'll be much help on planning. We have 3 park passes with 3 days left on each pass. We want to plan a March vacation for our 25th Anniversary, but DH's business is skyrocketing, which has prevented us from taking a vacation at Disney together, which is the only way we will go...together.
Have FUN planning :thumbsup2
I'll be watching for details!!

I understand Lynn. It's been since 01 for me as well...which technically makes me 4 1/2 years. It's tough when you don't go. You start to into withdrawls.

All the old favorites are still around, All Ears Net, Intercot, Mousesavers etc. They have all the info you need. They are doing the Free Dining again if that interests you. I agree with you, I love planning! It's fun, not stressful to me. I was hoping to go this year also, but it doesn't look like it will happen. Have fun planning!
