It's a small 100 point SSR contract. Resale so no incentives but for $65 per point I feel pretty good. We've rented for the last two years, this year at BCV and last year at SSR. Loved the BCV location, but loved the relaxing feel at SSR too.

Ohhh you'll be my first Welcome Home! We just became DVC'ers in the beginning of May. It only took a day after TSS contacted me about the closing that Disney sent me the email welcoming me. Congratulations!

Haven't decided yet. We were just there May 3-9 and had kinda/sorta decided to skip next year. But we said that last year! I was thinking maybe we would skip 2010, bank the Dec. 09 points then go for a 2 bedroom in May 2011. But, we have also thought about going to Hilton Head this fall for a couple of days. I'd have to borrow the 09 points though, which would mean we would definitely have to skip WDW in 2010. Decisions Decisions.

When are you planning your first trip? You'll love SSR; I know we do. Actually we just purchased another "bunch" of points. We now have enough to spend one entire month at SSR when we retire in, oh maybe 4 years or so!!!!

I beleive on the Technicial Support board there's a thread dedicated to the home signs with instructions for loading them up. Just checked - the entire board has information about all sorts of things; signatures, making images smaller, loading home signs etc. Have fun...
