i have never been to Hawaii so this is a new adventure for me i have been to dl and wdw many times. i like riding roller coasters and other attractions i wonder if i will have the same magical experience without the theme parks i will see in 7 mos yay

Hawaii is a beautiful place. You'll fall in love with the island. Its a different kind of excitment of going to a theme park.

Probably not too many Disney stuff once you're out of the hotel. Buy you'll enjoy the sunshine and the waters!

I can't wait to hear how you like it. I will try Aulani some time in the future and most likely the trip will be solo. It was also be my first trip to Hawaii.

There is a Disney pin trading club that meets on Mondays, sometimes at the Aulani, not sure if u r a pin trader but its a real nice group of Disney enthusiasts. LMK if u r interested we can try and schedule the meeting around your visit.

Wow, you're going to be so spoiled!! Not only Hawaii but DISNEY on top of it?! Super stoked for you. Can't wait to hear you report back!

The trip was awesome the cast members were very interactive first day I arrived at the resort a cast member greeted me at the front door and gave me my welcome package and some beads I forgot the name of the beads and then started a tour of the lobby and how Disney is following Hawaiian culture and escorted me to the elevators I then went up to the room and put on some swimsuit went down the slide into the lazy river that was a lot of fun I then took a shower and check out the buffet they had a lot of seafood I'm not into seafood the food was not that great I then went to bed and with the jet lag I was up at 4 so I hit Pearl Harbor and all the museums and memorials that took eight hours so I went back to the hotel and went swimming that was fun second day went to the Dole plantation and had a Dole whip float and took the tour after that I went to the north shore and then back to the hotel more swimming then got drunk so the next day I stuck around the resort took some more pictures went swimming again and got some pictures with mickey Minnie Goofy and stitch I did the trail around the swimming pool that has interactive features like the Kim possible at Epcot that was a lot of fun then it was time to go home boo hoo the resort was fantastic I would stay here again
