I'm getting nervous about our Direct Air flight

We have flown Direct Air in the past--two other times from Worcester to Sanford. For our trip coming up in November, I purchased 5 Family Ties vouchers. This is the first time I purchased vouchers--I usually book regular tickets. Well, they supposedly started taking Family Ties reservations yesterday. I have called a hundred times and I have sent two emails but I can get through to anyone to book our flights with our vouchers. I did a little digging online and found out that the vouchers are difficult to use. Has anyone else had experience with Direct Air vouchers?

I know some of you might ask why I did a little digging online AFTER I bought the vouchers. This is because the past two times we have flown Direct Air we have had great experiences. The planes are clean, the people at the airport are very nice and we didn't have any complaints. Because of this, I figured that I would buy the vouchers and use them. So--has anyone ever actually used their Direct Air vouchers and had a good experience? Maybe I am worrying for nothing...

I bought the vouchers a ways back. I did get to use them for our upcoming Oct trip. You can send in a request (I believe) online for the flights you want. I called Direct Air and made my reservations. But...it took a long time for someone to answer the phone.

I called DirectAir as soon as their phone lines opened this morning. I waited on hold for 40 minutes, BUT I got the flights I wanted and the woman I spoke with was extremely nice. I'm am so relieved it worked out!

I just got my confirmation email this morning for our January flight...I had never done this before but I thought for the price I would give it a shot...I got my first choice from the two I requested online. So far so good, we'll see how it goes in January!
