I'm frustrated!

Yesterday, I found a flight for $220 roundtrip...I didn't book it because I was going to see if SW released more dates today...if not, then I'll book. I just checked....the flight is now $170 more!!! UGH!!! That was US Airway. I also had an Airtran flight that I was looking at and that is $50 more. :-(

This is annoying me....LOL.

Did the site ask you for an e-mail address when you checked? Do you have more than one e-mail address?

I just came across an article the other day (didn't save it or remember source) that said some sites (orbitz mentioned along with some airlines) have the abilility to track you via your e-mail address. The first time you sign in you are low balled. Then when you come back again the fares are higher. They can even clock you. stay on for awhile the fare will go up.

This is something new and not exclusive of the airline industry.

If you used an e-mail address to sign in create a new one and see what happens. If the fare is lower and within your range grab it.
