I'm taking a trip to Orlando and ONLY doing Universal. As a HUGE disney fan, I'm sure it's going to hurt to be so close and not see Mickey at all. But I've talked about doing a long weekend, Universal only trip for quite awhile and I'm totally excited. I'm leaving the wife and my younger kids home this time and just bringing my 10 and 13 yr olds. We'll be at Royal Pacific for 2 nights over memorial day weekend. So we'll be hitting the parks all day Saturday, Sunday, and probably for a few hours Monday morning before heading home.
I can't wait!!!
P.S. Don't feel bad for the younger ones. I know there are things they can do at Universal, but they'd spend a lot of the time being bored while waiting for the older kids to ride Dueling Dragons and the Hulk over and over. So I'm going to take just the younger kids for a trip to the zoo and children's museum on another weekend.
