Just got home, as I see others did, too, and I wanted to let everyone know DO NOT HEAD to WDW NOW. Turn your car around and go home!!!
Seriously, the AKL got so crowded last night we had to walk like a half a mile from the parking lot!!!! Everything got packed on Saturday and when we left this morning at 7:30, the people were already piling their cars in 3 rows wide in the check-in area. It was like people were swarming that place!!!
On a happier note, when we got to AKL we got upgraded for our whole 7 nights. We paid for a annual passholders standard parking lot room view, like 1000.00 total I think, and we got to stay in a savannah view room, 3543. It was so nice. We didn't even have to ask for an upgrade, they had already given us one when they pulled it up on the computer!!!
Anyway, we rode Tower of Terror 7 times in a row Thursday, Rockin' Rollercoaster 5 times Thursday, Space Mountain 7 times Monday and Friday, well basically, we rode everything we wanted over and over without much wait. The longest we waited for anything was approximately 20 minutes for Soarin'. Everything else was really nice!!
I hate to say it, but I have to say I really do not like Ohana's new dining menu. I was really disappointed and it was my dad's first time ever at WDW and he was not really impressed either, which sucks cause we really had talked Ohana up big time. We really bragged about it and then it was sucky. On the other hand we ate our first time at Le Cellier and were highly impressed. Even if I had nothing else, the pretzel bread made it all worth the trip!
The CP was awesome at Epcot and we really enjoyed Wishes at the MK!!! Hope everyone has an awesome time that's going, and hope everyone enjoyed their trips that just got back!!
