Illuminations viewing outside Epcot?

We'll be taking a day off from the parks and heading to the Boardwalk that night. I'm wondering if there are areas where we can get a good view of Illuminations from outside Epcot. We're staying @ the Dolphin.

You get a partial view standing on the bridge between the BC & BW, where the boats go under near ESPN.

Just remember that most of IllumiNations happens at the water level. The opening Chaos sequence with all of the fire has fireworks along with the flame barge, then it will almost seem like the show is over because of the time it takes the globe to slowly move to the center of Showcase Lagoon. Then more fireworks.... and ten another long lul during the song.

So, yes, you will see the three sets of fireworks, with the gaps between from outside of the area, but you miss a good majority of the performance.
