It's shown at 9:30pm nightly instead of 9:00pm because the last Candlelight Processional show does not end until 9:00pm.

How can Illuminations be at 930 if the park is closed at 930? Do you watch it from inside the park?

The park stays open till after Illuminations is over. They leave plenty of time for everyone to leave.
