If I have 20 people at my intimate wedding, what is the approximate price that an Illuminations Dessert Party will be? Where can I find out more info on this? Thanks!

Your EM will give you the most current info on the illuminations party. Since your wedding isn't until May next year you have to wait until may of this year to book. Since you are an intimate, if you want the WP you have to wait until 8 months before the wedding date to book that one. The pricing and rules for the dessert party and whether or not you can wear your dress are constantly changing so whatever info you get now may change quite a bit by the time you book. I sure know it changed for me. Good luck planning!

This is what my EM sent me when we were deciding between a custom and an intimate. I don't think the prices have changed in the last month or so, but you never know...

$200.00 Venue Rental
$19.50 ++ per person (Food and Beverage Minimum)
$12.50++per person (Illuminations Viewing Fee)
$408.75 for a Motorcoach Charter to bring you and your backstage to Epcot
$50.00++ Small Party Fee
