Just returned from using the QSDP! We stayed at Pop 3/13-3/20 on the 4/3 deal with a $200 gift card included.
I am not talented enough to write a full blown Dining Review, but I will post some info about our meals.
Let me start off my saying that there is no way to eat that many snacks. Keep in mind that the lunches and dinners both include a type of dessert and then to throw in 2 more snacks a day??? Wow.
Hence the title of my post. We began the week with 56 snack credits
. On our last evening in the MK, we still had 24 snacks remaining. Trust me, we had ice cream every day, picked up popcorn whenever someone asked, had a dole whip
and never told my kids they couldn't have something.
I knew that we could get 1 piece of fudge for a snack credit, so I got in the long fudge line at the Main Street Confectionary. They were super busy (who knew that many people stop for fudge at 10pm?). When it was my turn, I told the nice young man that I wanted to buy 24 pieces of fudge. His eyes bugged out of his head and he began to calculate how many boxes I would need. It was taking the poor guy forever to get the pieces in the boxes and the line behind be stretch all the way back to Casey's (just kidding). After he loaded up 12 for me, I said that's fine, I'll just take 12. He seemed relieved. I stepped over to give the cashier my card and told her my dilemma (having 12 leftover snack credits is quite a dilemma!). She offered to pull out 12 other pieces of the chocolates that would count as snack credits!
Yay! I left with 12 pieces of fudge and 12 pieces of different candies! Which we shared with our family upon return to home!
Wow! They rang up at $90! Who else left MK with $90 worth of candy???
More later about our meals...just wanted to share the fudge story.
