We are booked at AKV Jambo from December 23 - 30th. May add two days at the end of our stay at an Epcot resort. Now to plan for dining, FP+, CP, and more.

Anyone else going over Christmas? Where are you staying, eating, etc.? Doing anything special?

We're planning on doing CP Christmas Eve.

Lucky you. We had to borrow all our 2014 points for the big family extravaganza in October at Kidani, and there's a 65th :cake: for me at HHI in January 2016, plus a graduation at VGC in June 2016 (probably) so I don't dare borrow too much from 2015.

Merry DVC Christmas!! We did Christmas week this past year and had a wonderful time!! It seems to make Christmas even extra special being in the midst of all those beautiful decorations!

I will be at Jambo house during Christmas! It will be our second DVC stay. We have booked Dec. 19- Jan. 2 right now. May add or drop a night or two depending on flights, but we plan on staying 10-14 days depending. So excited!

I am very excited. Two weeks at Disney during the beautiful Christmas decorations. I don't know if we will do the Christmas party, but we always have our usual ADR. We love Ohanas, Crystal Palace, Whispering Canyon Cafe, and Cape May. We always try to add a couple to try!

We're planning on doing CP Christmas Eve.

We are booked December 18-20 @ VGF & December 20-27 @ BLT. 1st DVC stay & 1st Christmas @ WDW. I have started my color coded itinerary for our stay.

CP on my list for Christmas Eve, but several ppl state this is the most crowded night. Hoping MVMCP will be going on weekend on 18th. Celebrating 10 yr anniversary.

Dining: I would like the following... BoG, CRT, Akershus, CM, 1900 PR, TH, Ohana, H&V. Just to name a few.

We were at AKV this past Christmas to New Year; booked out trip for this year Dec 25-Jan 4th and can't wait to head back. We loved the break and the New Year's celebration in Epcot. We were able to get Studio Value again. I would love to spend the last few nights over at Epcot, but not sure what studio options might be available at 7 months; probably none. Either way, we're excited!

We did CP on Christmas Eve 2012, this is absolutely on my list for this year. It was beyond magical.

My dining wish list: Ohana, CRT, Biergarten (CP dining package), Rose and Crown, Yak and Yeti... Still working on the list :)

Maybe we'll see you at CP ;)

We've booked a 2 BR value at AKV. How was NYE at Epcot? My plan is to go there and eat at R&C for the first Illuminations.

My family absolutely loved Epcot for New Year's Eve. I knew it would be crowded, but it was probably the most people that I have ever seen in one place. I was traveling with my two kids (DS13 and DD10). My daughter and I got our place for the fireworks about 2pm and kept it until midnight. My son arrived later in the afternoon and we would switch out saving the spot for breaks. We will be heading back again this year for NYE.

Our 2013 spot was close to the bridge in Mexico, this year, I would like to be closer to China or possibly Italy as they have extra music in those countries. the fireworks show at midnight was awesome! So many fireworks, it was almost like daylight at night. We flew home the next day which was miserable for us; this year we will stay a few extra days after the 1st just to enjoy the vacation more.

Unfortunately, I won't be in WDW for Christmas, but I hope you have wonderful time! Congrats on a great ressie.

Bring your own tree, if you want to enjoy over Christmas. The tree exchange was a huge disaster last year for many resorts, with trees missing often.
