Does Il Mulino offer any discounts?

DDE? AP? DVC? AAA?

I can answer three--no DDE , no DVC, no AP. We missed out on dinner there this last trip, but I had all 3 discount possibilities and Il Mulino did not appear in any of the discount "literature".

It's in the Swan, replacing Palio.
If they don't have DVC, AP, or DDE discount, then they clearly don't need our business.

I didn't think they offered any Disney discounts but thought I remembered reading that Fresh offered a AAA discount & thought maybe...

It is disappointing that the S/D don't offer something.

I was wondering if Il Mulino offered a AAA discount as well, so I called the restaurant and was told they do NOT offer a discount for AAA members.

That SUX! Palio was a favorite of ours, AND they had a AAA discount!
I guess I'll have to rethink my desire to try out the new place after all...

Curiously, the DVC member site (which just was overhauled, btw) still lists perks being offered Palio along with the other S/D locations. Obviously, info is out of date.

Was hoping that Il Mulino would come on board but... Oh, well.

No, the do not and will not in the future offer any discounts according to our server.

Definately worth eating at though..we can't wait to get back there.

We never have dined in the S/D because of no discounts and the parking $ issue.
They seem to want to keep their own guests satisfied with dining choices but don't care (or need) anyone else.

The menu looks great. The discount isn't a make-or-break thing for us, but...

That's okay, the PS Calculator site (which I LOVE), still lists Palio too! Some probably thought that it was a bit dated, but their Mushroom Risotto was to die for........

Many of the guests staying at the Swan/Dolphin are conventioneers on expense accounts. They don't care about the cost of parking and they certainly don't care about the price of dinner. Guests not on expense accounts just have to realize that prices will be higher and discounts fewer given the foregoing.
