Ignore List?

When I visit on the camping board and read posts there is one poster that says "this person is on you ignore list." I didn't put them there so how did it get like this? I went to my user cp and looked at my ignoe list and there isn't anybody on it. Suggestions?

I have no idea. It did happen to another poster just the other day though.
