If your warned... do you lose the option of becoming a community leader?

Ok.. now I am no model vmk "citizen"... and by no means do I even want to become a community leader...
I have been warned, and banned on several (ok maybe a little more then several) occasions...

So lets say that a player would like to apply for a CL title? Does vmk keep track of warnings? What about Bans?

If so... does this really effect your chances of becoming a CL?

If you are banned you can't be a CL. Realistically, if you are doing things that will get you banned, you are not going to be a shining example to the VMK community.

My guess is that most of the warnings that are popping up lately are global, that is they are going out to the entire game. I was in a room by myself and got one of them over the weekend, I asked staff about it and they said it was a glitch. A community leader must have no bans, and they do keep track of them.
