Definitely Chef Mickeys! My nieces are now 7 and 5 and they LOVE Chef Mickeys and can't wait to go again in August. The 5 year old keeps talking about twirling her napkin. LOL
Just asked my 14 y/o dd...she chose Crystal Palace, hands down. It's the one restaurant that she HAS to do every trip...had her 6th birthday there and has never looked back. Second place would be Chef Mickeys.
Agree with Crystal Palace, they have a good breakfast buffet. Unfortunately my daughter is requesting eating in the castle again which is absolutely horrible.
Just ask DDs 6 & 9,,, they said CMs, Crystal Palace, CRT, Sci-fi, 50sPT, Ohana (breakfast) As you can tell my DDs are easy to please and actually have tons of favorites.
Chef Mickeys (for breakfast - dinner was BAD!)
Ohana's (for breakfast & dinner - one of our favorites)
Cape May (11 year old daughter LOVES it!)
Whispering Canyon is a blast
Boatwrights (for breakfast - we have the sweet potato pancakes every trip!)
Liberty Tree Character Dinner
Beaches & Cream
Caseys Hot Dogs
Mama Melrose
Teppen Edo
My kids FAVORITE was the 1900 Park Fare! Even though Mickey wasn't there and it was Cinderella, Prince Charming, the stepsisters and stepmom, between the food, atmosphere, entertainment from the above, it was just our whole families fav place and we will make it a tradition to eat there every return to Disney @ the GF. The food was awesome and it was just a very fun atmosphere to be in and for our arrival night, it could't have been more fitting
We celebrated their b-days while @ 1900 Park Fare and they received a b-day crown and tiara and placemats from 1900 Park Fare with character autographs on them.
DS (soon 14) would choose Tusker House (for Donald, his favorite) and/or the Sci Fi Diner.
DD (soon 12) chose Crystal Palace for her birthday celebration. She loves Eeyore and all the Pooh characters.
DD 6 would also choose Crystal Palace since she loves Piglet and CRT because of the princesses and the whole castle theme.
DD 3 would choose CRT and Chef Mickey´s because of Minnie Mouse.
Great thread! I am glad to see that several of the restaurants we made ADRs for are on people's favorites lists. DS is 9 and DD will be 8 on our trip and we're going to 1900 PF, CP, Coral Reef, Tusker House, Garden Grill, 50's PT---I can't wait!! Is it bad to be more excited about the food than the rest of the trip
FairyDust 2008- awesome pics! Your kids are beautiful! Thanks for sharing
