It depends . . . do you care if they have other things that are fattening in them or on how bad a day you have had (things aren't fattening on our worst days).
And you can enjoy them calorie-free if they are broken (everybody knows that when a cookie crumbles, the calories are expelled by the force that breaks the cookie...right?)
