I'm really lucky that I've been able to adjust my schedule to meet family needs. I work 9am - 3:15pm Mon-Thur. I get my DD7 on the bus on my way in and meet her on my way home. Now, do to that I had to take a 40% cut in pay since I'm working less hours but in the end it's definitely worth it. BTW, I get up at 5:30 to workout and get DD up around 7:30. We leave the house at 8:15.

I leave at 7:45 and drop off my youngest at daycare and my oldest at school (in the same building). I get to work around 8:20. I work till 4 (and I'm a teacher so we don't all get out that early) and pick up the kids.

My dh leaves around 7:30 and gets home at 5:30. Unless he is traveling, then he is gone for days at a time.
