You should call and check your pt. situation. We booked in May and on the 25th of Oct. we had to book a 1bd cause there were no studios aval. The cm told me that if it came aval. they would automatically cancel 1 bd and give back the pts for it (unless w/40 or 45 days of arrival) and that they would notify me of the change.

About 2 weeks later I recieved a 2nd conf. letter that showed I had a studio for the entire time. Well, I kept thinking that I should call and conf. everything went thru ok, but it didn't happen.

So, I called today to add DDP and she tells me I'm double booked for the 25th and that my pts should go into a holding but since it was their mistake she'll fix it (whew nice cm )

So, I've leaned my lesson, I'd thought I'd pass it on. And hopefully someone on the dis will get my 1bd!

Thanks for the warning. I'm on the waitlist for the first time and I've been checking online almost every day to see if it has come through. I'll be double checking that the backup reservation gets cancelled!
