yeah its new it is given out by staff during pin trading event. Its given out sort of how inferno was given out they give it to you randomly
everybody says its scary looking i dont know why they say that its just a big big green eye who is staring at you.. ok may it is scary

if you look at the ATIS ride though pin there is a kid and a girl riding something maybe that's another pin that will be released this month its no so scary looking as the eye 1 that's the good part
