If you delete your pin code . . .

If you get a pin code and delete it, then later decide that you wanted it, can you call in and would Disney have it assigned to your name so that you could use it?

it should be attached to your name & phone number in their system. When you call ask them if you have any pin codes attached to your info, if at first they say no, tell them that you had one emailed to you and accidently deleted it. Tell them what the offer was for.

I just did this yesterday. I had one mailed and I can't find it. They asked me some info but was very vague on the phone. I know it's a room discount, that I can book before the end of the year but the CM didn't tell me the actual % off of the room.

I will be calling back to talk to someone else but it was listed with my name in the system.

I sure hope that they are able to let you use your code. I'll have to call and see what they tell me.
