If you could stay at any resort.

I know this has been asked before, but lately the Poly has been calling out to me. I really love good deals and getting the most for my money. Some would call me cheap, but I prefer thrifty.

My question to everyone is this:

If money was no object what resort would you stay at.

I think I would still stick to The Contemporary and Coronado Springs. They have all the ammenities I need and I love the atmosphere at both resorts.

For us, hands down, the Poly. Right across from the MK. great nightly view of the fireworks and EWP, night time setting with the lights from the GF and CR and of course monorail and boat service to MK and EPCOT. Atmosphere of the Poly is second to none. Have stayed at AKL, not for us, GF, ditto the CR was our first resort 30 some years ago and we still like it and WL is our second favorite. Y&B resorts were our favorite few years back when daughter was in the college program and she worked Test Track in EPCOT, we spent most our time there but now that's over, we're big MK fans and the Poly fills the ticket and I really like to ride the monorail to EPCOT, just a short walk from the Poly. Pricey, yes, but its my vacation, my not have another, so we live it up every time we go. Life is sometimes too short, you never know!!

I woul love to stay at Beach Club if I could afford it.

I would continue to stay at the Dolphin. Everything about it is absolutely perfect for us. The location, the beds, the services, the amenities, the Grotto!

I might split my trips with some time at the Grand Floridian tho. I enjoyed my stay there also. But would only want to be there a few nights. I like the Epcot location better.

I am in the process of deciding which resort to stay at in the Moderate Category. I have 3 children ages 1, 5 and 7. I am trying to decide between the CBR and the POR. I like the atmosphere of the CBR, although this is only by seeing photos since I have never been before. I am very close to booking the CBR for February. Someone please help me decide? Also, can you get to DTD from the CBR? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

I was going to say what Leota said, except it would be the GF and the Swan. We, too, prefer the Epcot location now that our kids are older. It is SO convenient. We stayed at the GF about 12 years ago and it holds a special place in our heart.

I have always wanted to stay at the Beach Club. I think that I would enjoy the easy walk to EPCOT.

From when WDW opened, the Poly. Many years ago when there were only a few hotels, I could never book the Poly and stayed at the CR a number of times. I did like the one stay I had in the tower though, very nice great view! But Poly is my alltime dream.

If money was no object, I would choose the Grand Floridian

but it is, lol, so I like to stay at POR. We're staying at POP for our last-minute anniversary trip instead of POR, so that should be fun, I have read mixed reviews, but as DH said, it's what we make of it and I want a good trip, so POP will be good

jksky4, I like POR, and my son loved it too, esp. the boat ride (water taxi? I forget the official name, lol) to DTD. I never stayed at CBR so can't compare the two, but can say we really really really enjoy POR

I like both Grand Floridian and Animal Kingdom Lodge. For me, it's a hard choice, but, I never stayed either place at concierge level.

Having stayed GF Main Building concierge and Poly concierge, have to go with Grand Floridian! Everyone was soooo nice and helpful. It was just a little too "relaxed" at the poly for us..although the kids loved the Lava slide!

We too are wrestling with this question. But no wholes barred, money no object, I would chose GF or anyplace conceirge.

Having stayed at a handful of the Deluxes, my vote would be to stay at the GF! I loved our stay there. The rooms and resort were beautiful, the beds soooo comfy and it was so convenient to get to the MK. Now, if money were no object then I would stay in Concierge at the GF!

I would love to stay at the Swan and Dolphin. But I also like the GF and the WL.
