Just listening to the background music...where would it be?

I have changed my mind 3 times in the time it took me to write this. First thought was Future World, then I thought Adventureland but I think I am going to say Wilderness Lodge.

:goodvibes

Sitting on the fountain right at the enterance of EPCOT. My happy place :earsboy: .
Catrin

I would want to be on Space Mountain. I love that ride!!! I could ride it all day and all night.....so i guess that would be the place i would want to be most.....or inside Cinderella's castle. That was a really fun place to eat.......and now that I really think about it, I would love to be just about anywhere in Disney World.

I love sitting on the circle benches if front of the castle and just people watch. My second choice would be the hot tub at WL....soooo relaxing.

I like most of the music they play in EPCOT's Future World....however, there is one string of songs or a song that they play over and over which sounds so HORRIBLY DATED AND CHEESY - it drives me nuts. I need to search around on some radio sites to see if I can find the name of that awful tune...UGH.

I would have to agree though...I love the ventana area right outside Spaceship Earth....that's a good out in the open place to sit and the wind created by the architectural design of it all cools you off...I would have to think a little more about the off the beaten path spots before posting though.

Laying on a hammock at the YC at sunset with my wife would be my first choice. Second would be sitting outside on one of the observation area's at AKL at night (even better if the resort was closed just for us, yeah right).

First off, i LOVE this thread topic :)

So if it was on a ride: I'd pick TTA, its my favorite ride and i love the background music/dialogue. There is something realyl relaxing about going on it at night as it goes through its speech.

If its not on a ride: Tie between almost anywhere in Futureworld near the fountains, and Frontierland near the water as the Liberty Belle is passing by and you can hear the whistle.

Walking onto Main Street just after the MK opens looking at the Castle! Pure magic for me!

Hmm, to sit & listen to music. I can't pick just one, so I'm going with a couple here, not necessarily in order....

Fountainview Cafe, litening to the music for the Fountain of Nations.

The outdoor seating area in Harambe Village, AK. GREAT music there! I love it!

The seating area just across the bridge into Adventureland.

Main St. USA. Not my favorite type of music, but it just screams "You're really here!" to me.

Not sitting, but standing & bopping - Mo'Rockin in WS. I LOVE that band. I have their CD & picked up CD's of several of the original artists of songs they do.

Innoventions area, tree of life area, future world area, AKL lobby, and the music they play at the BC quiet pool (acoustic guitars). All of this music is sooooooo relaxing. :goodvibes

The epcot entrance back in the 80's when it was super cool futuristic music.

I have big memories of being totally awed by the music that played as you walked into Epcot.. It seemed so futuristic and cool. This started my unhealthy obsession with Epcot.

Being the movie buff that I am, I'd have to say the courtyard area by The Great Movie Ride and Voyage of the Little Mermaid. Everytime we're in that area, I usually hear some great movie themes playing.

Also for some reason, the queue line music for Peter Pan really has an effect on me, reminding me to never grow up.

My favorite spots:
-Circle benches in front of castle at MK
-Art of Disney at DTD
-Sitting on my balcony at OKW smoking my cigar and relaxing
-Just riding the monorails over and over
-The WDW railroad is soothing
-Walking the Boardwalk at night and watching the fireworks from Epcot
-Pizza Planet!!!!!!!!!

I love the music as you are approaching and just inside EPCOT. It's so dramatic, I love it!!
I also love the different music around the WS.
It's too hard to pick just one!

The fountains in Epcot. I just love that music.

I also like the music they play in the queue at Tower of Terror. :flower:

I love the music that plays as you walk through the Oasis in Animal Kingdom. A close 2nd would the music that plays on Main Street.

I used to really like the Epcot museum as well but each time I go to Epcot I think it seems more and more dated (as do other parts of that park). But ironically, I really like the music they play as you're about to spin backwards at the top of SE - it's kinda 80's power chords cool. lol

I think the only music at Disney I really despise is It's A Small World and the Zip A Dee Doo song in Splash Mountain.

As long as were going for anywhere in WDW, I'd like to stay in Cinderella's castle in that little flat they have up there.

:D
