and you purchased the clock, are you having problems with yours? On mine the princesses twirl and the second hand moves, but the hour and minute hands don't move. Does anyone know who I should contact about this? There has to be a way to get this fixed, right? Any help would be appreciated!
 
I would try calling WDW Event Services:
1-407-827-7600.

I believe their usual business hours are 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

If they can't help you directly, I would think they could direct you to the proper place.

I have a form that came with my Crown Set that deals with what do do with merchandise that arrives damaged. It says that "as we do not have a repair facility, we request that select merchandise, such as watches, be returned to the manufacturer for any warranty service required." The phone number they list is 407-390-5444 (merchandise special events department) If you have a fax machine, I could fax it to you :D

I've been playing phone tag with Disney, but have been assured in a message that they will arrange for my clock to be picked up and they will ship me a new one as soon as mine is received. Much easier to deal with than I anticipated!
