It is but well worth it. They don't get gifts all 8 nights. On the last night we choose a worthy cause to give to. Tomorrow night we are going to Christmas Mass with some friends. My kids should be nice and screwed up by the end of this holiday season.

Yep, I just finished the last of the wrapping.
I made 2 trips to wally world today and I refuse to go tomorrow. I don't care if we're out of toilet paper, I'm not leaving the house!

I went twice today too; once for groceries and then my friend needed to go so I went with her. I also went to the Liquor Store and it was packed! Guess lots of folks need to get liquored up to deal with their families.


What are your plans for Christmas?


I was raised primarily Catholic. My mother's side is Jewish and my father's side is Catholic. My father raised me. I am not a huge fan of all of the Catholic rituals but their Mass is beautiful.

Hanukkah Hanukkah Festival of Lights....................Having Christmas and Hanukkah on the same day is overwhelming to say the least.


The kids scored from Santa as well as us. We also finally told them about WDW and in retrospect I could have bought half the stuff and given them that. Oh well. I did warn them not to expect a trip and pressies up the wazoo.

I got the PSP. He's paying for almost all of the netbook. Saved up so much money...he's frugal...not like da momma!

I got a new Kodak. 10.0 megapixels. I have no idea what that means...except that it has a fireworks setting for Disney!

A camera with a fireworks setting? It's a sign to take more Disney trips.



I got a beautiful watch, a purse, and some hair crap thus far. We don't really get each other much. And WDW in May of course. I got the tickets for Hanukkah.

PSP=Play Station Portable? I think. It's a little handheld thingamajig. I don't get it. But, he seemed to love it.

Gotcha. I Googled it. It's Playstation's version of the Nintendo DS like Joshua got. They are super super fun.
