If park hours change, does the time of HEA usually change?

MK is supposed to close at 8pm when we are there (with HEA also scheduled for 8). I’m guessing hours may be extended.

If they extend hours, would that 8:00 HEA likely be pushed later as well?

Not necessarily. Holiday Wishes was scheduled at 10 PM when the park hours were 9 to 10. Now they have been extended to 9 to Midnight, and still Holiday Wishes is scheduled at 10 PM.

Not always the fireworks shows are at park closing.

Not likely based on current operations.

One thing you can look at is if dessert party reservations are bookable for your date. Those are tied to be a certain amount of time before fireworks time and it is very rare for the showtime to change once made bookable.

Although @MickeyWaffles - I should add that it’s never a bad idea to double check entertainment schedules as you get closer to your date just in case. Never quite know when Disney could throw us a curveball with how they do things.

Thank you! Now that I have 2 toddlers, 8pm fireworks are preferred . We play every evening by ear with them at the parks, but if we’re there we’ll try to catch the fireworks. The earlier the better

Always check the schedules but usually if park hours change the firework time usually stays the same as it was

Agree with checking times, but I haven't seen the time of fireworks change even when park hours are later.
