pirate: In the event that the Limo thing doesn't pan out we just wanted to know what would be the best choices we could make to get from LAX to Disneyland because we honestly don't want to rent a car!!! Thanks, Chip@Janet.

We always use www.airportservice.com for all of our travel needs when we don't want to rent a car. I've done Super Shuttle once...and vowed (unless I'm by myself) to never do it again with my family. With airportservice.com, you can choose towncar, limo, vans, whatever...I've used it both domestically and internationally without any problems whatsoever.

Super Shuttle - $15 per head and a fast, friendly and very efficient service.

Thanks so much everyone. A couple more questions, approximately what is the cost and how soon do you need to make reservations?

Cost us, if memory serves, $15 per head plus gratuity.

We booked weeks in advance, but most people seemd to be just turning up and jumping on a shuttle - there seemed to be no advantage in booking if you were going to a popular destination like Anaheim as they kept circling the airport until the shuttle was full, and there were shuttles avery 15-20 minutes.

After you collect bags just walk out the front where the cars and taxis are - cross the first lane way to the traffic island, look for the super shutle stand, then approach the staff member with the clipboard and tell them where you want to go.

I asked for quotes from airport service.com, and so far their quotes have been about $130 each way. I did ask for a limousine, perhaps I should have asked for a van, would this have made the quote cheaper? We are a party of 6, flying into LAX, and the Super Shuttle would be cheaper. We are still in the planning phase for our transportation from the airport to to the Hilton Anaheim, and are looking for the most "less hazzle" way from the airport. We have 4 children in our party, and 2 moms. We are looking for good reliable, no aggravation ground transportation. Have asked this question, myself, and someone reccommended, Limozip, which we still need to contact for a quote. Thanks

Your rate from limozip would be $152 r/t plus a suggested 15% gratuity. That would be from LAX to Anaheim-area hotels in a 10 passenger stretch limo. You can make the ressie online by going to their website.

I am not affiliated with them in anyway but just recently made my own ressie as we have a party of 8 and found them to be the lowest priced limo transportation from the airport to Disneyland.

Thanks!

I just booked our ride from LAX to GC in August!

One less thing to worry about!

Thanks so much! I have a request in to the, also. The rates are very good -- around $80 from port to LAX.

I went onto limozip and I got 216.??, for a limo from LAX to anaheim. Where are you coming up with 152? I would much rather do this than go Super shuttle.

When I booked, the rates were lower. I must have lucked out because several others have reported the rate increase as well. FWIW, limozip is still one of the lowest priced limo options, even with the increase.

Is Limozip reliable? I got a great 'internet only' quote from them last night.

Anyone actually use them recently?

There are many shuttle bus services that frequent LAX/Anaheim. I quit booking ahead, as there seemed to be no advantage (unless you are arriving late night/early morning).

We always get our luggage and then head out to the shuttle area. I just hop on the first one that is headed to Anaheim. Be sure to ask, some make other stops between LAX and Anaheim. You really want one that isn't going to start dropping off until you're in Anaheim.

SandraLee -- We just came back from Anaheim last week and used Limozip. Our driver was Anthony and he was great.

Thank you so much for posting! He was the driving that was assigned and the rate was GREAT. Ok, I'm going to confirm.

Sandra
