Yay!!!!!
Do you use dailymile? I love it because I put my runs in and then they have a place where you can look at your weekly, monthly, etc. miles and it's like a little graph. I have learned a lot about my running patterns from it! I notice a dip in miles and then a increase about every 3 months and I don't try to get a certain number, I just lot how it happens. It's really interesting. Maybe I just like graphs a bit too much.
LOVE that quote. I have never really had an issue with worrying about other people and how they are running...when I push or challenge myself it's always to beat myself or better myself. I think I knew from the beginning there was no point in trying to compete with anyone else.
Oh look, two paragraphs and nothing really funny or snarky. I just woke up, gimmie a sec.
