I would love to redo some things in the kitchen...granite countertops...hardwood floors...stainless appliances...a double oven...

But since you asked for only one...it would definitely be the wood floors. (My formica countertops are in much better shape than the vinyl floor.)

A huge Victorian mansion (complete with a Widow's Walk) - high on a cliff overlooking the coast of Maine..

What I got instead was a 2-story frame house - sitting on a dead end street, overlooking the Hudson River... :crazy:
