If it's between an Italian or Mexican restaurant, which would you choose?

Usually Italian, but thinking about fajitas and margaritas has made me hungry!!

I eat Italian all the time--in fact, just last night! I make a great meat sauce, I'll be spending Saturday doing that. So because of all that, I'll pick Mexican.

And while I love nachos, I cant go to a Mexican Restaurant ever since I got sick on the food at one once.

Tough call - it would really depend on what mood I'm in because I really like both. I'm probably in the mood for Italian food more often, but I love real authentic Mexican food when I'm in the right mood.

We've got a few family-owned Mexican restaurants in our area that are awesome, especially this fast-food/drive-in taco place near our house that makes you never want to step foot into Taco Bell again. (Hmm... I haven't been there in a while, and now I'm craving it. We'll have to go there for dinner sometime this week. )

Mexican as we have great Mexican restaurants run by Mexicans. Most of our Italian restaurants are chains and are way too bland.

I love Italian food when made by my Italian friend or at a good Italian restaurant.
